Of all the hentai I've seen, STAR Jewel is, by far, my absolute favorite. I come back to watch it quite often, and it's still as hot the 37th time as it was when I discovered it. First off, the art. If you've seen Bible Black, you're familiar with the artwork of Yoshiten, who does a fabulous job of making the girls in his hentai look well proportioned and not drawing twelve-year-old faces on 24 year old bodies like a lot of other hentai do. Soft edges and a vast array of colors really give this hentai an almost ethereal quality; appropriate, considering it's aboutfuta goddesses from space.
However, what drew ME most to this hentai is the concept of battle these goddesses have. Every hentai has sex, and some hentai have fighting. This, except for maybe La Blue Girl, is the only hentai to have "sex-fighting", the concept of using not your fists to injure your opponent, but your mouth and genitalia to force them orgasm. To these goddesses, pleasure, instead of a gift you give to someone you love, its a weapon to use against someone you despise. In order to defeat your opponent, you have to make love to them. It's an interesting juxtaposition, using sex to hurt your enemy. Sharing a kiss is the equivalent of a punch in the face, and how the "death blow" is when you hit their g-spot just right to make them orgasm. It's just interesting, the idea of a sexfight. Basically, the premise of each fight is "I hate you so much that I'm going to make you cum".
Tragically, this hentai, like many others, has never seen a sequel. It was doomed to one-shot status despite it's original storyline and superb animation. The fact that this hentai was abandoned will continue to be one of the greatest tragedies in the history of the genre.
So, yeah. 11/10 Would watch again.

Great to watch for futa fans. All the "goddesses" are futas. Main girl (redhead, who looks like Rias from High School DxD) has white angel wings, and antagonist "goddesses" have dark fallen angel wings. All the girls featured have some time screen throughout the OVA. No blondes, sadly. Nice blend of story (fighting and action) and sex scenes (of course), not too much sex where it goes on and on, and not too much plot where you just want to skip to the sex scenes. Penises arn't overly exaggerated, yes they're large, but at least they're reasonably large. Animation is good, decent 2011 OVA quality.First 30 minutes or so is the story, last 8 is a montage and end credits.

First things first, excellent animation. The same style as Shounen Maid Kuro-kun and Boku no Pico series except with much more effort but in. They did keep the strange sound effects which, viewers of the previously mentioned series will get what I'm talking about. Also the voice of the red-haired MC is also Pico's VA, Sakou Mariko. So there are a few similarities in that sense. But this a is gem (or should I say jewel) since you don't see well done futanari and yuri on top of that. The women's overall body proportions are average, which may turn some down. The bustiest characters are seenin the cover photo. It did feel unfinished in the end, almost abrupt. But I have yet to see Star☆Jewel Gaiden: Natsumi Oblivion so perhaps that's the cure.

I have come to see this OVA Hentai for 30 minutes and what I found was not so bad. I mean, yes, the design of the characters is well done, and that's what I'm most interested in when I find this type of OVAs. The story is about a conflict between goddesses and witches who came to earth and must get some gems to return home, nothing interesting to jump out of the chair. And yes, it's Yuri. At the end of the day there is only one Hentai more to my repertoire to fill, but it is nice to have at least been able tofind one with an acceptable visual quality (the action is not very attractive, as it is very limited in terms of movement, but the drawing does not decay), not like several premieres of this year that really give fucking pain to others. It is an incomplete and hurried material, but I recommend for the lesbian show that the monitas are mounted. That's it.
