An alternate ending to the anime with Airi being the chosen girl. This is not animated in a normal anime fashion, it is more of a gal game animation.

"Should I spend 14 minutes watching this 1-ep. special?" Well, it depends. Answer these three questions: 1) Are you pissed with how Mashiroiro Symphony ended? 2) Was your favorite character Sena Airi? 3) Do you like eroge? If you answered 'yes' to 2 or more of those, then yes, you should watch this. However, if you only answered yes to one of those (or none of those), then this special will seem extremely boring. Sena Airi happens to be my favorite character from Mashiroiro Symphony, which also means I answered 'yes' to #1 (however, I don't particularly like eroge) A thing to note: this special is not like the rest ofthe anime. It is essentially a POV (point of view) type animation where you are the main character and Airi is talking to you. You guys are on a date, with this date being her first. Hence, this special is extremely eroge-like. But if you like eroges, that's great; this will perfectly suit your taste. On the contrary, those who puke at the thought of an animated erotic game should not watch this. This is a fine special for what it is; nothing great, nothing shabby either. I personally enjoyed it due to having 2 of the "qualifications". If you have them too, give this a shot.
So, you may be wondering what this is? Well, its sorta a 3D, first-person date with Airi. The entire video is done from the main characters point of few, with Airi as his Girlfriend. And you know what? I found it awesome. Can't really put my finger on why. Maybe because is was adorable, and sweet. Or maybe its just because I'm easily pleased. What ever the case, I liked it. 14 minutes of Airi being cute. Try to resist with her looking in your eyes, blushing as she says "K...Kiss me". Or being all embarrassed when she asks for a hug. It adorable. So why did I give the story such a low score? Well because there isn't any. This is just fanservice. For fans of Airi. The art has 2D backgrounds, with Airi animated in 3D. And its actually quite good 3D. She moves well, and the facial expression are well done. Should you watch this? If you like Airi, yes. Its that simple
This Special episode was fine. There were no big actions, and it felt like playing a eroge (even though I've never played one). Plus, Sena was in sort-of 3D. The quality and art was really good. I can say that this episode has the best quality. Well, I personally didn't like it very much. Voices and that was all. I somewhat like this episode also, because there was an improvement of relationship between Sena and Uryuu. I don't really recommend this episode (or special episode), but if you are a big fan of Mashiroiro Symphony, I guess that you will find it good. Enjoy watching it!
Have you ever watched an ero being played? Note: I have not even done this before. Well this is basically a REALLY high-definition recording of an ero game, wait it is more like a role play. In fact, it is no exaggeration to say that only Airi's face was shown through out the whole thing. It is hard to rate it; the role play (for so I shall call it) was made up of what happened after Airi confessed (don't get excited, it was only text) to the previous main character [Airi is the main character of THIS series.] The art however is really good- if you rememberI said 'high definition- wait did I say art? I mean Airi was really painted well. That's right; 3D Airi + picture background (I am not joking)+ fancy transition= all the art in this episodic role play. Just like her appearance, her voice was good enough. Next up: character. Put yourself in my place, one girl is talking to herself throughout the show, how on earth are you going to rate that?? I didn't enjoy this thing. I am guessing that most people don't- it is kinda like watching somebody playing a super boring game with your fav characters. Overall; I am tired of being accused of being a 'fanboy' or 'hater,' so I calculated the average and put it there. Should you watch? -No. Unless you love Airi so much that you don't mind seeing 14 minutes of her talking to the screen . Side note: four is decent not bad.
