Might be pretty mediocre, but I thought it was pretty hot: Story: Your classic blackmailed heiress and guy that gets bullied by her and wants payback so he rapes her. Not the most compelling thing, but it's hentai lol Art: Decent, they drew the legs pretty nice. Sound: Sometimes I laughed because of the song they were playing in the bg but overall not rlly a problem or a standout. Character: Cardboard cutout characters, but the guy is a bit more attractive than your standard hentai protag. Bikyaku Seido Kaichou Ai is one of those H-Anime that follows one certain kind of fetish, well mainly. The main character suffers from the high and mighty school's council president Ai Ninomiya who daily insults and humiliates him in front of all the other students. He always has to do the dirty work for Ai and gets shouted at for every little mistake. Deeply mad at Ai, the main character sneaks into her room and finds a book with secrets about Ai that shouldn't be revealed. As he confronts her with this and see's that she is desperated, he takes the advantage and blackmails herfor some weird sex. What starts now are some sex scenes mainly based on leg and feet fetish and nailing Ai right after. So if you like foot-jobs and using legs as masturbation "object" you are good to watch this H-Anime, else you wont have much fun here, because that's all what Bikyaku Seido Kaichou Ai is mainly all about. Sadly the same scheme is used all over again, so this is getting, even for this fetish lovers, somehow boring. The animations itself are ok, they aren't really horrible but not one of the smoothest. At least there are none of those scenes repeating which makes it a bit more enjoyably. The characters are pretty much unlieable, of course Ai is mentioned to be, but her character gets kind of boring after some time. I also hated the main character, he has no great attitudes and isn't one of the hot male Hentai heroes that i like. All in all an average H-Anime with a special fetish, if you like that theme then you will be ok with it, but don't expect something great.
Bikyaku Seido Kaichou Ai is easily one of the most hilarious hentai I have watched by far. I do not mean that in a way that it has funny comedic scenes, but rather the bizarreness of the fetish displayed in the anime makes me laugh. {STORY}: The story is about a bread boy who runs errands for the student council, but he eventually stumbles upon a secret of the president and makes her pay by having "sex" with him. In this case, he whips his fucking dick out and starts to pleasure himself by having leg sex with her (pantyhose/leggings fetish). In which to themain female lead exclaims, "This is rape," or something similar to that. Now, I'm not a fan of rape, in hentai or otherwise. I'm morally against it and I generally try to avoid shows of that category (though some of them do slip through my radar and I surprisingly end up enjoying a few of them due to other factors), but these scenes was extremely hilarious. No doubt would this be considered, at the very least, sexual harassment in real life, but it simply tickles my funny bone in hentai. The main male character is rubbing his dick against the girl's thighs and she describes it as something as spine-chilling as rape. Not to mention that she ends changing her mind and liking these lewd acts 10 minutes later, so I thought it was simply crazy. {ART}: The art is cool. It's not the best but it's, in any case, at least average. {SOUND}: The one thing that really resonated with me is how the main female lead sounded. Now, as a given, she does sound like your all too typical, everyday hentai maiden when she's having pantyhose leg sex with her bread boy, but outside of that, she sounds like an actual student in their late teens/early 20s. I'm very grateful for this, because most hentai will cast the seiyuus who can mimic the otaku pandering moe loli aka THAT LITTLE SISTER TROPE™ voice and it honestly gets tiring after many, many shows. {CHARACTER}: Character wise? The main male lead actually has a FACE, so that is an automatic +1. Not to mention that he's pretty decent looking. Not to the realm of full blown bishounen, but he isn't just some shitty faceless guy with the Kirito-resembled black hair either. Also another +1 for the fetish. All the characters beside the two main are just background characters who don't really have too much of a purpose, but they're simply there to prove that the main female lead actually has friends. {ENJOYMENT & OVERALL}: All in all, I couldn't really fap to this OVA. Though I did laugh a shit ton. And I did appreciate the student president's thigh highs. 4.5/10
