Transfixed? Yes. No other words can depict my emotions after watching Sora Iro no Tane. My natural conscious is overwhelmed by the beauty and intricate style of this masterpiece. With brilliant deliverance, Sora Iro no Tane tops my list of short anime. Why? The art is brilliance. In a whirlpool of elephants and other animals, one will feel the experience of living through the episode. The character designs are flawless for the one minute they appear. All characters are distinct with innate characteristics. If you have a minute, sit down and watch because this is on par with Studio Ghibli's other works.
Despite being very brief, this charming animation is sure to make you smile as it depicts the story of a boy who is given a mysterious seed, which he plants, and no sooner does he water it and give it nourishment does it sprout into a gigantic house! Searchable on YouTube, this adorable 2-and-a-half minute creation of the brilliant animation genius Hayao Miyazaki is a delight to watch and great for young children.
It's funny, but even though this is one of the shortest animes I have ever watched, it still is one of those with the deepest meaning in it. It is just like a insight in the human mind. The more you give, the more you share with others, the better you feel, the merrier the company and the bigger your home, life and heart. But who wants to have everything for himself and himself alone will be left with nothing in the end and fall down from his imaginary house. I can just recommend everyone to watch it, it is very cute in the way of artand the short, deep story is simply amazing :)
