Tsutomu's parents passed away several years ago, before that they ran a flower shop. Now it's run by his older brother's wife, Mai and he is living with them. Tsutomu's brother now works somewhere else, so Mai is left alone and her only support is Tsutomu, who helps her running the flower shop. Because Tsutomu's brother is busy and haven't been home for a while, Mai feels very lonely which Tsutomu notices and decides to support and satisfy Mai while his brother is away. Now there's also Kozue, Mai's friend and senpai who recently got hired as part-time worker. Kozue has noticed Tsutomu and Mai's relationship and she envies them because she is also very lonely, because her husband is rarely home. Mai sympathizes with Kozue and allows her to date Tsutomu. Now what will happen as these three indulge themselves to their desires and feelings?

Aniyome we Ijippari, also known as Lover-in-Law, has a very simple premise. Tsutomu lives with his brother's voluptuous wife, who he has the hots for. She is quite lonely and unsatisfied, since her husband is rarely home due to his work; at the same time a friend of Mai, Kozue, is hired to work at the Flower Shop that Mai runs. Kozue is also very well-endowed, and likewise feels a little lonely. Yes, Tsutomu is a very lucky guy. Eventually Tsutomu and Mai get intimate, and later on Kozue gets a piece of the action. Personality-wise, characters are nice, gentle and kind to each other. Thereare no villains here trying to kidnap, blackmail or enslave anyone. The male lead is ordinary looking, and the females are quite the eye candy. Keep an eye out for the Bikini scene in Episode 2!
The color palette is quite varied, no excesive grayness that could depress viewers. The Japanese dub is well-done, the background music and the sound effects are adequate for each situation.
This is a great title for newer Hentai watchers to start with. All of the sex is fully consensual and quite romantic, and there are no bizarre acts involving, say, body waste or anything similar... although when Tsutomu gets his hands on a remote controlled vibrator, things become a little kinkier, yet he still treats Mai and Kozue with respect through both episodes.
If you really are in the mood for a good, romantic Hentai, that doesn't involve endless torment and humilliation for well-endowed female characters, then this will be your cup of tea.

Notable: it has a bit of taboo inside, it's harem and it reminds me of Desperate Housewives, literally (I did not watch that real show, I mean just the name). [Mood: Light] This series has a great packaging, as in the OP and ED are very good, OP introduces the characters and ED settles the mind down with its sad lyrics. Story:6 The story started off slow, then gradually became faster. There was little plot, only enough to justify why the main characters do what they did. There was reasoning behind most things they did, and the storytelling process was smooth, but some events were not properly explained. Art:7 Artwas not bad, though lacking special features.

Effects were there, and voice acting good, although I do not really understand why the ED was "Flower". The first half of "Flower" about missing someone, and there was a sad melody. However, the second half of "Flower", if misinterpreted, could mean something ecchi.

Near to none character development. Female characters really behave like desperate housewives ==. And the male character goes to school, but ... is he a minor? Not sure lol :p.

Was a bit dull, although at the ending parts it was a bit extreme for me. Maybe some would enjoy it better, if they like those sort of scenes.

Lover in Law, just like the title suggests, is a Hentai that involves love which surpass the boundary of moral in society. As his brother is absorbed with his work and is too busy to go home, it creates a rift within Mai’s heart.This is nothing new as we, humans, seek the presence of somebody because let’s be honest here, nobody wants to live alone in this world. Not just that, unlike what most people says, this anime goes into quite deep into the problem that a typical couple nowadays face. This review will be divided into two parts, looking this Hentai as a “material” and as a piece of art, an anime.

Unlike many other Hentai nowadays that typically degrades women and focus on mind break/rape, this Hentai is a must watch for those who wants to see a Hentai where the genders are treated as equals. Not just that, this Hentai is a Jack of All Trades because of how many genres are being compiled into one such as MILF, Incest, Yuri, and many more. Furthermore, the Hentai sets up its’ “material” pretty nicely as each sexual intercourse gradually becomes better and more intense which is great for those who takes time during their “research”. From the start, we are given a slideshow of characters that acts as the introduction which is helpful to us to see the characters that we’ll watch and who we should focus on.
For a Hentai that has almost pass a decade, the animation is great and there is a great OST to back the Hentai up from time to time. The animation and character design is nothing unique, but it does its jobs as a “material”, although it pays quite a lot of details into its background and environment which is great. The OST fit right into the Hentai and it does its jobs of setting up the mood for the viewers, which is quite important for the viewers to perform their “research”. Not just that, haven’t I mention that this Hentai is UNCENSORED which is quite rare nowadays, hence it’s a great watch for those who are sick of the ridiculous Japanese censorship. Lastly, the Seiyuus (Voice Actors/Actresses) for this Hentai are spot on and their performance during certain scenes allow us to feel immersed when watching this Hentai while doing our “research”.
For a Hentai, it’s a great watch for those who wish to watch Vanilla oriented Hentai.

At first glance, there seems to be nothing special about the story, but if we open our mind and try to look at this anime at another angle, we could see that there’s something more to be served. In general, the story is about how the main character, Tsutomu, ends up having sex with his stepsister, Mai, and her friend, Kozue. However, this anime is a depiction of what seems to be a common problem in a typical Japanese family where the husband/head of the family would work extremely hard for the family to support the family in exchange of their time together. This Hentai shows the dilemma that many husband must face nowadays in order to reach the path of happiness, either they must spend less time with the family, though earn more for them or vice versa. By sacrificing a person’s time with his/her family, he/she must face the consequence that their partner may seek pleasure and someone’s presence. The story of this Hentai is not a fiction as such story also happens in real-life and it’s not something to be taken lightly. When we lose the sight of what once was our goal, we often wish that we could go back in time and choose differently, but life is not a fantasy. This is what the ending music at the end of the Hentai represents, humans tend to oversee the worth of someone/something until we lose them.
Overall, this Hentai is worth a watch if you’re looking for Hentai that’s relaxing and can help you with your “research”.

Aniyome Wa Ijippari was a good hentai to watch.... That is if you are not into the whole tentacle/beast/rape/random sex thing that so many other people like watching. This hentai deals with romance and consensual sex between all parties. 1 guy and 2 girls. Not 1 girl and 7 guys or 5 girls and 8 minotaur looking things that only want sex with humans as opposed to their own kind, which kind of throws off the whole "enjoyment" section of the beastiality that people have come to know as hentai.... STORY: not anything original or anything fantastic but it does well considering the type of storyhas been done many times before, so I gave it a 6.
ART: the art is not the greatest, it loops the video for longer than is required or shows the same shot over and over again... the art deserves a 5
SOUND: probably the best part of this hentai. the music during the sex is suitable for it and the seiyuu's (who may not seem "realistic" enough) do a good job at keeping the pace up... the sound gets an 8
CHARACTER: character development is shown, but it is too fast to find any connection with the character. the characters themselves fit the role of a normal romance-related hentai and it is shown by the seiyuu's... character is worth a 6
ENJOYMENT: the sex may loop a fair amount or play for too long, but it is not a bad thing as it is a good watch with a storyline that could be considered "good" for a hentai... my enjoyment level was at 7
OVERALL: 7... this hentai is a good watch and is deserving of a 7... like I said earlier, i much prefer the consensual type hentai as opposed to beastiality type hentai and this follows the consensual storyline fairly well

Bom a historia, curta por sinal e meio confusa deixa a desejar, porem quando se vê um anime desse gênero, isso não influencia tanto, não é abiguinhos? Eu me satisfiz com o traço, apesar de não ser o melhor, porem as personagens Mia e Kozue são simplesmente adoráveis, acredito que apos ver esta obra, todos devem se perguntar... e o irmão de Tsutomu... Mesmo sendo um hentai, acredito que poderia ter mostrado um pouco da vida de cada personagem, e como ele chegou ali, o ponto em que se é ofertado o enredo da historia, deixa tudo um pouco confuso, fica parecendo que os personagens foram simplesmentejogados ali, para uma ação sem proposito.
Acredito que merecia ai mais um ou dois episódios, cada um mostrando o desenrolar da vida de Mai e de Kozue, já que ambas já eram compromissadas...

Score: 8/10. /// Story /// The story lacks a clear protagonist (which is not necessarily a bad thing in this case), and is seen from a mixed perspective (i.e., the perspectives of both male and female characters), and while definitely not bad, the story is nothing out of the ordinary; it is one of those run-of-the-mill hentai stories where a woman who is lonely and in need of romantic and/or sexual gratification ends up in a sexual relationship with one of her in-laws (in this case, her stepson). The story is thus, rather unoriginal, but this is in large made up for with good character development. Furthermore,in my opinion, the ending of the second episode felt a bit rushed, and I consider this to be the by far most damning aspect of the anime as a whole.

The personality of the characters, along with their backstories, are developed and relatable enough for one to feel invested (at least on a superficial level), and the characters come across as far more natural and less superficial than your average anime character, which is in large part thanks to the highly (but not overly) expressive dialogue and facial expressions of the characters.
/// Art-style and Visual Oddities ///
The anime was released in 2008 and retains most of that 1990~2007 art-style that many of us remember with fondness and feelings of nostalgia. However, the animation is very sloppy at times and certain body-parts are way out of proportion; most notably, the neck of Katsuragi Tsutomu, whose neck looks about as stretched out as that of Kayan women (link for article/pictures: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kayan_people_(Myanmar) ). The thing in particular that bothers me a lot about Tsutomu's long neck is that all of the other characters have necks of relatively average length. Another visual oddity that stands out is the uniformity in the coloration of some body-parts (e.g., the shaft of the penis and the penis glans having the exact same color), but this is rather common in older anime and can to some extent be excused or justified given the times.
/// Verdict ///
Overall, a solid old-school hentai that is undeniably a product of its time; it is not genteel, but it has that sense of innocence that is so typical of many older hentai, but which is largely absent in more modern hentai (which are generally more sinister and hardcore, both in terms of mood and subject-matter). If you like sex scenes which are more intimate and less about fucking each-others' brains out, and if you, like me, like old school animation, you should definitely give this hentai a try.

Aniyome wa Ijippari is a two part anime featuring 1 guy and 2 elder women. One being the wife of his elder brother, the other being a work mate at the flower shop they all work at. The two female characters both have large breasts, and the male character is shown as being very caring but clearly sexually attracted to his brother's wife. The wife is lonely as her husband is always away at work and eventually falls into the arms of the main protagonist and they engage in some pretty average sex scenes. Although she seems guilty at first the two eventually begin aphysical intimacy.
In the second episode she encourages the male character to date the colleague as she is also lonely. And they also have sex. Although the brother's wife is jealous at first, they eventually all come together as a happy trio.
Besides the large breasts, the use of sex toys and the fact that it is set in a flower shop there is nothing too amazing about this show, it is a very middle of the road anime but is still worth checking out.
