Continuing where the first season left off, the sudden increase of Thanatos with the disappearance of the Aube Hunters has now left Arcadia in ruin. Desperation reigns high as the Religious Organization fights to battle the Thanatos. Six months had already past since Hidamari mansion burned to ashes, the Aube Hunters, once hailed as heroes, is now blamed for the appearance of Thanatos. Nevertheless, hope still exists for the reappearance of the Queen's Egg one day, who will become the savior of Arcadia. Unknown to many however, the Aube Hunters have actually been silently waiting for the awakening of Angelique, who has been asleep the entire time.

After the watching the first season of this anime i thought this one will just go that bit further and send you off the edge- expecting just a bit more of... well everything!....unfortunately, i was left expecting..... The anime is quite pretty though and Angelique always looks so adorable! You just have to go with the flow with this one and not have many great expectations....it just follows on the same wavelength as the one before. So if you were satisfied before then you most surely will be satisfied again :)

Neo Angelique Abyss was one of the first series of animes that I've watched. Watching the first season made me want to continue onto watching the second season. The story and plot was well written. As I finished the first season, I continued on watching the second season. I couldn't stop watching the anime. I spent the whole day watching the second season. The anime just kept me wanting to have more. By the time I realized that the second season had ended, it had me craving for more. It is unfortunate that there isn't more. The art in this anime was done well. The details ofeach character were magnificent. Overall, I found this anime enjoyable. This certainly was not an anime that I would put off to watch later.

I loved the whole thing from the first season to the second one.....it was full of great n interesting scenes that just kept u wanting more....i think that the whole thing was very nicely planned out^^.......i would recommend this anime series to anyone who lovs great fighting scenes...lov.....n fantasy that are full of joy...so plz enjoy this anime as much as me^^

Alright, so here we go. Im about to write my first review in awhile, as until now its really been awhile since I found an anime so good, that it touched my heart to the point where I simply couldnt only give it a number and be done with it. Neo Angelique abyss is definately an anime out of the ordinary. I will be writing a review without any spoilers in it! Angelique is a girl with strong spiritual powers, in all her life, she has quite admired her parents who are doctors, to the point where she wanted to be a doctor herself. she kindadismissed it as anything out of the ordinary even tho she had a feeling deep down where she thought something in her life was out of the ordinary. Life drastically changes when she meets a special man named Nyx, whom has read about her in the newspaper, and now is present.. at her school; here to invite her into his little group of people who fight and resist the terrible fate that is upon arcadia, The evil monsters called thanatos. Daily life is about to change for angelique the moment she heads into a brand new life and meet many new companions.
her journey, I will claim is among the most emotional and worthwhile journies I ever saw per today in an anime.
I thought the first season was pretty good, so i gave it a very good score, but the 2nd season really blew me away. not many shows have the capability of making the sequel beat the prequel, but this show nailed it. perfection is an understatement for this anime,
it is amazing, it makes you laugh, cry and even makes you forget about the time as you are watching it. I was up watching this, both seasons, but especially the 2nd season until 7am every morning. the characters are well developed, and just as it feels like the story is about to get predictable, it changes in a crazy way you would never see coming. I would certainly say that this anime has that element of surprise not many others have. This is one of the animes I have heard about a couple of times through my days of anime watching, but I always postponed it.... My advice to everyone out there who find themselves in a similar situation concidering watching this anime, do it immediately. you will surely not regret it.
the soundtrack and music for both seasons? Id rate it nothing short of a top score, even now while writing this review I cant get the openings out of my head, the ending of the show? it was quite good. actually... it was PERFECT! But you have to watch the anime to see it for yourself. enough said, Im quite picky about my anime, and this anime... it was painful, but it easily dethroned one of my other top 10 animes.
