Summary: An above-average hentai with some semblance of a plot. There is no actual incest; not even of the stepsister variety. Story: 7/10 Kudos to the animation studio for not deviating from the plot of the game. The story is about a high student student named Takumi whose father suddenly declares to him that he now has two sisters. They are not officially adopted by his father, and he shares no distant blood relation to them, hence the no actual incest. In a nutshell, the story deals with his getting to know his "sisters", and his two neighbors, who also have the hots for him. Art: 10/10 No complaintshere; the girls are very attractive, and are realistically proportioned. In certain scenes, the background art creates the proper atmosphere for what is going on between the characters. Sound: 9/10 The BGM creates the right mood for certain scenes, so it serves its purpose. It's nothing amazing, but BGM shouldn't be, else it deviates your attention from what's going on. So, it accomplishes everything it needs to. The voice actresses do their job well. They accomplish what Hentai tries to. Let's leave it at that. Characters: 8/10 It's hentai. The show runs for roughly 60 minutes, credits included. Of those 60 minutes, Takumi is having sex for about 30 of them. This does not leave much time for character development. That said, Aneimo does a better job with character development than most other hentai. There is significant dialogue between the characters. Saori, the main girl, is actually quite developed as a character, and by the show's end, you can get a good idea of who she is. Mizuki is developed to a lesser extent, and Satsuki and Yui are all but forgotten after Takumi "enjoys their company." Enjoyment: 8/10 The story of Aneimo was quite enjoyable to watch; I wasn't fast forwarding to the sex scenes like I do in just about every other hentai that I've watched. What also was enjoyable were the feelings the characters had for each other. The characters weren't mindlessly screwing with each other; they all had a realistic reason for copulating, and oh, EVERY sexual scene was consensual. Rape seems to be all too common a theme in hentai as of late, and it was infinitely more enjoyable to hear the voice actresses moan in pleasure than scream in pain. Overall: 8/10 A top of the line hentai which is very softcore relative to the other titles of the hentai genre. If you are a newcomer to hentai, and are curious about it, this is one of the top shows to start off with. Even veteran watchers of hentai, who have seen the more hardcore titles out there would enjoy this show, as the girls are depicted as people with feelings than mindless sex toys. First of all, the 10/10 rating I am giving this is based on hentai standards, not anime. I feel the two are such different categories (especially when it comes to story) that it's not right to judge hentai in the same way as anime (though I will admit many hentai still annoy because of their idiotic plots). Story - 8/10 The story of Aneimo (which despite it's name has no incest) is a fairly standard "harem-romance" story (at least for a hentai). The main character Takumi's father has just let two teenage sisters stay at their house and now Takumi is supposed to consider them his step-sisters(I mentioned his dad but you never really see him thankfully). Later, Takumi happens to see the older sister, Saori, masturbating in her bedroom (with the door ajar, of course, because hentai girls are horrible at masturbating secretly). This causes Takumi to fall in love with her, but along the way he has sex with the other three named female characters. Still I do enjoy the fact that there is actual romance in Aneimo unlike many hentai. The sex scenes are all different in some way and each have their own appeal and are definitely the highlight of this show (as they should be in a hentai). Art - 10/10 The character designs are good, but as I mentioned the main reason this hentai is my favorite is because of how well done the sex scenes are and they look amazing. They each take place in different locations except for two in the MC's bedroom but those both have very different lighting. One of the best parts of the sex scenes is that the sex "out-of-rhythm" meaning that the MC mixes up the speed he is screwing the girls and (while I can't really explain why I like it) I find it to be better than normal ones that have the same rhythm the whole time. Sound - 9/10 The music they do have is fine, but it's mostly lighthearted background sounds for the casual scenes in between the sex scenes. As I mentioned with the out-of-rhythm sex, the best part of that is that the moans of the girls are louder and softer and vary with the rhythm. The voice actresses are all great and fit their characters perfectly. Character - 10/10 While the main character is definitely not the worst hentai male lead ever, he's still not too great. However the girls are amazing, especially Mizuki. She is my favorite hentai girl, and the sex scene she has with Takumi in the first episode is not only my favorite in this show, but my favorite from any hentai. Kaori, the main female lead, is also great and being the female lead, gets more action than the other girls. Kaori's younger sister, Yui, is a frail girl, and the reason the two moved to Takumi's house was for her health. Her sex scene is my least favorite because the fact that Takumi agrees to have sex with her after she collapses and is admitted to a hospital is kind of stupid on both parts. The last girl, Satasuki, is Mizuki's younger sister. Mizuki and Satsuki live next door to Takumi and can come in through his bedroom window because of this. Satsuki is actually the first girl to have sex with him. Enjyoment - 10/10 I really enjoyed this hentai and it is definitely my favorite (many seem so stupid that I stop watching them at the first sex scene and go to watch something with plot instead), but this one was different. I just enjoyed that it actually had some romance in it, and good ending, as well as amazing sex scenes. If you like hentai and are trying to find one without any bizarre fetishes, rape, incest, etc. than watch Aneimo.
Uncensored The story was definitely a modern(realistic) romance. Not just with one girl but three others. There was step incest. Although i was surprised with four girls that the main character got not one scene of a threesome or more. Not even a naked mishap such as one girl undresses ready to rock his world at the same time as another. Something else worth mentioning maybe it was just my copy but the LIGHT THE LIGHT! why so bright? yes, i know the sun is bright but no need for that especially in the sex scenes. I might need to go check my eyes later.
Ah, one of the first hentais I have watched. Aneimo is a hentai that follows the classic h-game storytelling. A vanilla story of a man who finds love as girls come flying into his life as he gains adopted family members and of how this fact changed the girls who were already gunning for the man. The story seems quite honest at first, but the setup for sex scenarios is kind of forced. Can't really blame it though, it's hentai so the sex gotta be shoved in somehow, and fast. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The strong part of the story is that it sets up a good exposition. Thestory building is great. Yet the fact of the matter is that its hentai, so it does feel drawn out given how long it takes to actually reach some R18+ material. Unfortunately, the characters are weaker than the story itself. They are flat and static, aka basic as fuck. That simplicity does make their relationships clear, but it breaks down the attachment to these characters. The characters act and react in predictable ways. The main man is a bum rush kind of guy. It's fairly unlikeable, but he does demonstrate some maturity in turning down childhood gals feelings instead of going into some ridiculous netorare territory. Childhood gal also demonstrates maturity for not dramatizing over it, getting over it in time. Unfortunately, adopted moody girl is definitely a drama llama. For good reason, but still a drama llama nonetheless. Perhaps the greatest part about this anime isn't even the story, but the sex scenes. It isn't transcendental artwork and is still flawed by its age. However, the sex animation is quite a bit more dynamic than many modern hentais. Certainly hentai masterpieces are even more dynamic, but this hentai beats out much of the rigid intercourse that barely has any movement at all and only switches angles and gives x-ray views. The rising intensity of the hentai can be felt in your loins as they approach the climax. Hallelujah! I did quite enjoy this hentai. Feels quite satisfying to see how these characters don't over dramatize things to absurd degrees and reacts in a semi-realistic way. It has the standard vanilla soundtrack so there isn't anything to write home about. Even though this hentai isn't objectively that great, it is a nice change of pace from some of the absurdity you see in modern hentai.
I absolutely had to write a review about this series. Most amazing series for this genre, given only 60 mins and the usual code for sexual scenes. Overall score 8 for some sort of reality and mild plot, and 9 for the total, for the ending. This series has some sort of conclusion about its harem, which is pretty rare seeing how many harem series usually put it in a stalemate by then end. Especially when this series is an OVA, is short and is a H series. Story:7 Strong point- starts well, ends well Well, about half of it is sexual scenes, and there actually is very littleplot, but the realistic nature and some emotional scenes really gave it a bonus, even against many non-H series. Definitely has the potential to be reproduced into a non-H series. And as usual, some H scenes seem out of place and excessive, but less than most H series. Art:9 Wow... it IS AMAZING. Even water ripples were amazing in colour and animation, I remember vividly. The art and animation in this series could match Kanon (2006)'s. Sound:9 It's amazing by itself how much of the series was bgm featured, and it even has an ED. Sound-wise voice acting was ok, but not spectacular. The bgms raised the mood a lot, and were excellent. Character:7 About the characters, Saori and Takumi were well developed while the others were not... I was especially delighted that Takumi isn't some sex maniac who ignores feelings like it is in many harem+H series. The other characters were very poorly developed though, as in usual H series, and were there for the H scenes. Enjoyment:8 The presentation was oddly good, and the storytelling process was kinda fast, which is better than being draggy. Overall:9 Produced well. :D
I haven't seen a hentai in a while that was good enough to make me want to write a review for it. Aneimo is definitely one that deserves one. So, why? What's so good about Aneimo? Do you like love? Good. If you enjoy romance and actual relationships and don't just watch these to feel good and get it off, then this is something amazing for you. Aneimo isn't just about sex, it has a little story to it unlike most hentai in which two people meet and have sex 2 minutes later. It isn't just the story that's about this, though. It has beautiful art.I appriciate quality and this here is beautiful. It has amazing sounds, fitting each character. And most of all, you will enjoy it. Unless you're someone who loves rape and tentacles, that is. I give it an overall 9/10. I gotta say, it's one of the few hentais which I would say is actually good.
This is an good Anime but after watching hearing the sound and the story line i can now never watch an anime and fell the same again. Basicly its just like any other anime thers always a childhood friend and new friends that the main character begins to like and love. The anime is based on just hentai, hentai and more hentai. I recommend this anime if you only like animes for their hentai. (This was my first review)
