Let's face it: when we pick up hentai we usually don't give a damn about the backstory ("plot", heh) and characters. Especially, if we pick up OVA with title such as "Rape! Rape! Rape!". Therefore, you can expect that the plot and characters will be underdeveloped here, and you are correct - at least to some point described later. There is, however, one big "but" for this one. Generally I divide hentai into three groups: 1) comedy: you can't help yourself but laugh at some crazy scenes. 2) generic: boring scenes, trite structure. 3) unsettling: there are morally disturbing parts. "Rape! Rape! Rape!" definitely falls into last group. It is brutal,aggressive and nasty OVA. Watching all those girls in pain is just too distressing (I skipped few scenes). Some people claimed, that there is no development at all - well, I dare to disagree, since I watched all the episodes to the end, and it gets better*. If you're up to something nasty and repulsive for whatever reason, this OVA is for you.
Overall enjoyment is "7", which depicts strength of my negative reaction.
* really. It concerns almost exclusively last episode, though.

Severely. Senselessly. Untidily. It - only a part of epithets which occur after viewing this hentai. To tell these words, describing it is means practically nothing to tell. All is much worse. At us one maniac-paranoiac who does not shun neither age nor the status of victims. To it all the same, who where also that will be after. It is important to it to meet fleeting desire only. Isn't that so, allegory? Perhaps, I think too deeply and deeply I dig there where anything is not present in search of something, but whether it seems to you an image of this tyrant in thecollective image all of us? I have not put more than 7 for the simple reason - too rigidly, is not similar to a reality. Though, the subject line too is far from an ideal.
However, the majority of lacks can be written off with ease on the quite good drawing, with observance, at least, human proportions.
If you have started to look this hentai and have got used to chewing of snivels or kawai, that where it is more terrible even than rape in especially severe form (IMHO) stop is better. Anything good in it hentai's you not have to see, and that you will see to you very much and very much is not pleasant...

Rape! Rape! Rape!, there is no other name that can suit as perfect as this. The anime is just like this: Rape, then rape, then more rape, and rape, and rape. Story: 2/10 Well, when I saw the very beginning, I thought that maybe they would do some background story with a little mystery not revealing the rapist. I was wrong. The story is just a rapist raping a bunch of random girls (and one pregnat woman), and there is nothing more. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. Hentai doesn't usually have a decent plot, but this one is very very bad. The worst part is that they could do abetter anime with the "plot" that they have.
And the ending is just terrible.
Art/Sound: 7/10 - 5/10
The art of the anime is the best part of it. It's very "ok" I guess, but not something impressive. The design of the characters (raped girls) is very common, just one or two girls whose they used a bit more variety. The sound is normal, not bad but not good, so, nothing to complain about.
Character: 2/10
The only recurring character is the rapist. I think that the only other character that I can remember after finishing the anime is Miruku (The pink haired girl who is a superstar), the others have nothing special. Bad.
Enjoyment: 4/10
The anime is terrible. The first two episodes were disgusting for me. I don't even know how someone can "like" seeing a lot of girls being raped in a very brutal way. There are some girls who I just needed to hold my hand to not skip the scene. And most of the girls were virgins, so, virgins = blood, lots of blood.
The third episode is a bit better. It isn't that brutal, and has some enjoyable scenes, yet, the anime continues terrible.
Overall: 5/10
The anime is mediocre, but I dare to say that worse hentais exist. Watch it if you want to see brutal rape with blood and girls screaming.
