(This is only my 3rd review!) This was one of the first yaoi I watched, I jumped into the deep end with Gravitation and wanted to experience something...well, shall we say more mature. This, sadly was not it. There was no tangible plot that I could spot, a guy sees a lovely young boy on the street and follows him around. Well, that's the impression it gave me. It creeped me out, there was no sudden revelation of feelings, no shocked faces and proclamations of "Did you see that guy? I have to find out more about him." It was, essentially, an excuse to watch twoguys go at it. And if I could have SEEN the two guys go at it I wouldn't be complaining so much about this anime. I had no idea mens genitals also came in a clear colour, with extra squelch! If there were some form of feelings involved, an angsty plot line (C'mon people, that's the only reason some of you watch yaoi!) then I could more than likely overlook the fact that the intimate scenes look like something a homophobic person would draw who'd only heard stories of man parts. The characters were likable, but nothing new, just the dominant, cold eyed Seme and the feminine, innocent Uke. ~~*OVERALL*~~ If you're looking for your first yaoi then this is perfect, it's not too overwhelming and the characters are a traditional mold of Seme and Uke. If you're a fan of the genre and like more plot, character fleshing and general scenes of saucyness then I'm gonna go ahead and point you in another direction. This isn't something for the "experienced" fan.
My favorite quote: -I wanted you to love me! -I loved... *extra dramatic pause* your.. body.. I mean. I MEAN. This is it, 10/10, someone deserves an award for this I think I shed a tear. I won't delve into this much, I'll just say that this brought invisi-d*cks to a whole new level (again, where's the award?) and that you will have a lot of good laughs because of the cringe. It basically if you think about it gets 3 points from Ishida Akira's, Miki Shinichiro's and Koyasu Takehito's tears. The things seiyuu have to do to get by are heartbreaking and admirable, really. You do get tohear Katsura moan (yes, that one) so, there's a plus if you are into that... Watch it if you are up for a good laugh from unintentional comedy or you are a fujoshi trying to honor the few yaoi adaptations available out there.
While this Yaoi did have decent characters and an okay plot, as a hentai fan, I was a little disappointed by it overall. There was too much focus on the romantic relationship between Mizuki and Kazuomi, and not enough focus on the actual sex. There are only two sex scenes in this entire anime, and they are each only about 30 seconds each, while several minutes are wasted on overly-dramatic, starry-eyed romance. All this mushy lovey-dovey emotional shit bored me to tears. If you want hot sex scenes, this I would not recommend this anime.
I hated this one. Really, I did. It is probably the most shallow yaoi I've seen in my life. No, scratch that. It is the most shallow yaoi I've ever seen in my life. If you are just looking for mindless smut, and some sexy action, than this is the anime for you. If you are expecting any semblance of story and depth at all, you will be greatly disappointed. What plot they did make an attempt to create was thin and extremely predictable; I could see everything that happened coming from a mile away. Even the music is lame. It makes it sound like some cheepporno. Well, I suppose that's exactly what this is. Short, uninteresting, with the stereotypical seme/uke relationship, I would advise you to pass this one up altogether. It's just not worth it.
This show is bad, but I can’t lie that I found it very entertaining. It’s a very enjoyable watch, though not for the reasons it should be. The plot makes absolutely no sense, and you will realize this no later than 4 minutes in, but it's only a 30 minute OVA and has some pretty high entertainment value despite that. Don't go into this expecting a masterpiece, it's hentai. Basically one of those so bad it's good situations. 0/10 story with 10/10 enjoyment! I definitely recommend watching it for the fun of it, but this is not the show to watch for a good story orsex scenes.
When you watch this. I will give you the advice: "Don't judge to soon" In the beginning it seems kinda crappy, but when you continue watching it it will be much better at the end. The graphics are maybe bad to current standards but keep in mind this was released in 1995.
Many viewers will think I am crazy but honestly I belive Level-C is a really sweet and joyful Yaoi that you can enjoy if you are feeling down or you are having a bad day. Yeah I know they are better yaoi in terms of production, characters and story but this brought laughs and a smile while I was watching it. Its like such a fresh air compare with the majority of doom yaoi, Sexual abuse and death. So, if you want a story that is short, has almost no continuity, but will make you laugh and have a happy feeling at the end, this is yourstory.
