-Introduction- Ecchi is a genre loved by a lot of people and hated by others. Most of the time an ecchi anime is also an harem anime and it features a male protagonist which attracts every girl in that series. Usually, the focus in ecchi series is woman's chest. Every time. Also, most of the time the animation in those series is bad. Aren't you tired of these cliches? Miru Tights is a breath of a fresh air and a masterpiece in anime. This is definitely is the one. The show that saved japanese animation from creativity bankruptcy. -Story-Miru Tights doesn't care about dumb expedients to start a useless plot. It shows us separate stories. The daily lives of highschool girls.
No main plot. It shows us the beauty of quotidianity.
This does not mean that the series is plain and boring. Did you actually think that?
The anime isn't shy and surprises us with unexepected plot twists and breaks cliches.
Shots aren't the usual dumb coincidences. Seriously, everyone is tired of coincidences.
They are natural.
Example: a girls is walking. The skirt doesn't randomly fly away. The camera gently shows us the situation from different points of view.
The girls' dignity isn't thrown away. Their distinct beauty remains solid and substantial during the whole series.
As we progress through the series, you're gonna find out something: Miru Tights's episodes are not randomly put. They are actually connected.
You're gonna find out that there's a major plotline. An actual timeline. Yes.
At some point, the anime takes an unexpected twist. From a tights-only anime it becomes more different. Not gonna say much more since I want you guys to experience it yourself.

As a fan of his art, I wondered how my favorite pixiv artist's art would be adapted in anime form.
Luckily, I wasn't disappointed. His character design is portrayed with loyalty and justice towards his drawings.
Talking about animation, I was pleasantly surprised.
Usually, ecchi series have subpar animation from low-budget studios and that's bad. Yokohama Animation Lab is an exception.
This series has excellent direction and godlike animation and production value.
The ecchi scenes are intelligently thought and animated. The shots are perfectly put together.
I wish Yokohama Animation Lab makes more anime in the future, because they have an excellent technical value.
-Sound-
Miru Tights knows how to deal with people.
You're not watching this series to listen to its opening. Miru Tights knows that and doesn't have one. It goes straight to the point.
We have a short intro instead. In this introduction girls are walking and a legendary sentence is said: "Miru Tights". The focus during this intro is, obviously, legs.
As for the voice acting, like most of the time, it's actually very well done. In episode 8 you'll hear the peak of its dub. Not gonna spoil, though.
When a scene is supposed to tease you, the voice is actually really teasing.
After 3 minutes of godlike stuff, we have a short relaxing outro. There are different versions of it, too! The animation during this ending theme is based on, of course, legs.
-Character-
Series like Baccano, Durarara and Boogiepop focus and develop more than a couple characters at the same time. However, Miru Tights is the absolute master of introducing perfectly new characters. It shows us new characters every episodes and all of those characters have a three-dimensional personality and are realistic. Male characters aren't cliched and there isn't even a silly useless harem lead. Girls are independent.
-Final Thoughts-
Miru Tights is a masterpiece.
It's a beautiful story about coming of age, discrimination, freedom of speech and a lot of other themes.
Perfect in every aspect, I can safely reccomend Miru Tights to literally everyone. Kids, adolescents and adults. Girls and boys. Even people who don't watch anime. Everyone will like this because of its qualities.
This anime changed my view of what a true masterpiece is. I'm speechless honestly.
Anime like this make me think "Wow, anime isn't dead".

Have you ever wondered what 4 minutes of heaven would feel like? Well, fear no more my dear Anime fans, Miru Tights just put an end to this eternal question. Anime has always been a niche medium representing niche and obscure topics you would not be able to see or experience elsewhere. Japanese people have created a lot of wacky genres and experimented with a lot of obscure stuff such as giant robots, battle shonen transformations, nakama power and having many girls flock to your willy. As such, they have created the dear genres we all know of and love these days. So, what happenswhen a niche work collides with another niche work? You get the flawless masterpiece that is Miru Tights.
Story - Feet/10
There really isn’t anything else to discuss over this flawless work of absolute beauty, because everyone who’s seen it has agreed on the fact that it is indeed a perfect masterpiece. The viewer gets to gaze upon the sensual and silky nylon stockings our three main characters wear, as those characters perform all sorts of zany, unconventional acts throughout the Anime’s run. The show is episodic, but each episode is good enough to grab the viewer in and never let go of them until the episode ends and the credit scenes roll in. Every episode has so much imagination, thoroughness and care poured into it that the Anime keeps on one upping itself with each passing one. Every single episode contains some of the best plot elements, twists and symbolisms you will ever get to see from this medium. In fact, I might as well say that this is the best episodic Anime I have ever seen. Kino’s Journey? Who needs that when you’ve got the masterpiece that is Miru Tights. Take a seat, Cowboy Bebop, the new king of episodic Anime is here. Even though all episodes are objectively perfect in their own right, my favorite one has to be episode 7, where the climax of the Anime reaches it’s high point and the tensions rise up unlike anything my mortal eyes have ever seen. It was so well done, to the point where my jaw dropped and I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen, not even for a millisecond.
Oh, and one other thing? This Anime has small hints of incest. Now if that doesn’t make you want to watch it, then I do not know what will.
Characters - Stockings/10
The characters here were all well written and got the job done. You had girl 1 who massaged girl 2’s feet most of the time, and in turn got all of us viewers spellbound by such amazing character depth and exploration. The interactions between the girls were so realistic, to the point where I was asking myself if they were animated or not. Seriously, to call them mere characters would be slanderous to them. They are all fairly realistic and three dimensional, and could as well be acting in a live action flick for all we know. Although all of the characters were pretty perfect, one of them managed to stand out as the best character in the show, and that is the school teacher. This character was not only responsible for the best Anime episode of all time, but is also a metaphor on how the corrupt hierarchy can use and manipulate horny teens who do not know any better. She is also a brilliant parody of the teacher student scenes you see in other forms of media, which makes her already complex character all the more complex. Aside from the female characters, the show does not forget about it’s male characters as well, and develops them as extensively as their female counterparts. The males here are not your typical cliché harem leads, they stand out and their psyche is explored thoroughly and carefully.
Sound – Moaning/10
The characters alone were enough to blow my mind away, the soundtrack and voice acting were just the cherry on top. This Anime does not concern itself with your typical, run of the mill upbeat Anime opening. Rather, we are given minimalistic, classy piano notes so that we could get ourselves ready for such a classy and well thought out show of this caliber. The voice acting was also rather excellent, since I could feel every moan that echoed from my computer monitor onto my ear canals. Truly acting of the decade.
Art – THICC/10
No matter how many lines of poetry I try to write about it, I can't give this category the justice that it deserves. I’ll just say that their legs are the best looking and the art style is better than that of Kentaro Miura’s Berserk. To appreciate Miru Tights’ Godlike art, one has to experience it for themselves, as words really can’t give it enough justice.
Overall – Masterpiece/10
You thought Evangelion’s characters were well explored? You thought Makoto Shinkai’s movies were animated exquisitely? You thought Berserk’s art style was the best you’ve ever seen? Go watch Miru Tights, it takes all the best qualities an Anime has to offer and amplifies them tenfold. It is truly an unparalleled masterpiece in the world of animation, and is the sole reason why the Anime industry is still going strong these days.

Legs are great. They are especially useful for walking and shit like that. But there's more than meets the eye! No, wait, wrong situation. There is more than their functionality because they can also be aesthetically very pleasing to look at. Legs are not my fetish number one. Stockings may hypnotize me occasionally and perhaps blood has escaped my head after witnessing cute lil toes under ideal circumstances. However, I do appreciate certain aspects that are related to the way legs are portrayed more consistently. I love it when anime girls get on their toes to reach upper shelve, or to give a hug or kiss.Garden of the Words has some of the most memorable leg-scenery where they are neither hot nor cute but not not neither either, it's weird but I liked it. I am also a huge fan of tickle-attacks which gives soles special value. Point is: legs can be replacement for men's lost dreams and give hope for better tomorrow.
But I didn't especially enjoy Miru Tights. It doesn't offer anything new nor does it deal with already existing leg.. gimmicks in very interesting manner. In fact, it makes the whole concept of leg fetish seem quite a dull and meh. Legs exists, some like them, end of story, not a big deal. This seems to be its message, or at least that's how its execution can be summed up because its take is very neutral and it does not do specifically anything to get your attention, other than have legs for those who like legs because legs. Basically, it takes legs for granted instead of showing respect or giving them the value they deserve.
There has been quite a few ecchi-ish shows about variety of different fetishes and the likes. Many likable half-seriously or full ironically. One thing in common in both: men of culture memes as mindset. This show really did not do it for me unlike most of the others. The art is ultra bad, especially the color pallet is awful, the girls are 5/10 at best. There is nothing original in the art department. Not a single girl, piece of clothing or leg scene that stands out. To be accurate, I did like one lesbian leg scene, but it wasn't animated, the camera zoomed into a desk and all there was left was the distant voices of girls doing gay things to each others. The one thing I wanted to see wasn't there.
To continue with the art. Unless you like black, partially transparent pantyhoses as much as bank robbers do, there is not much for you here. As a whole, its art approach is very bland, making it boring to look at. Many of the leg scenes are still art work with camera roll-over or alternatively 8 fps animation. You can find more variety and better artwork at literally any popular h-website. Including SFW content which Miru Tights is all about.
The main thing that even makes watching this different from browsing stills at any hentai feed are the story events, but they are nonsense. Girls stare at their own legs, play with torn pantyhoses, or try out bunny costumes for the sake of it. One single event often taking the entire episode. The stories are identical yet completely different each time yet still identical.
You can find better leg footage from most seasonal shows that offer fanservice or ecchi traits, which makes this very pointless since the only thing it really wants to spotlight can be listed in its weaker sides. If there's anything I could praise, episodes 06 and 07 because cats and tickling, so there's your +1 and +1, mainly because giving this a lower score would imply it achieved something ultra bad, but it didn't even manage to do that.

[A Forest of Tights] Tights. According to Merriam-Webster, tights are “a skintight garment covering the body from the neck down or from the waist down”. In this particular anime, we will refer to them as a skintight garment from the waist down. Denier. According to Merriam-Webster, denier is “a unit of fineness for yarn equal to the fineness of a yarn weighing one gram for each 9000 meters”. In other words, a material with low denier tends to be sheer, smooth, and silky, whereas a material with high denier tends to be thick, durable, and sturdy. For example, a 30 denier tight (sheer) is finer and andsmoother than a 60 denier tight (opaque), which is thicker and sturdier.
Now, why do we need to know these definitions?
There are two reasons why I listed them: 1) this entire anime revolves around tights and deniers, so it's important to have some information about it, and 2) it helps to differentiate amongst of our main characters. For example, Yua Nakabeni wears 30 denier tights, Ren Aikawa wears 60 denier tights, and Homi Moegi wears 110 denier tights; when one notices Yua's tights it will be more transparent and smoother looking than Homi's tights, which are darker and thicker. A pretty important distinction.
Anyway, if you have a fetish for feet, thighs, or tights, then you will enjoy this show, as there are many scenes and camera shots focusing exclusively on these parts.
STORY:
It's clear from the beginning that the main focus of this show is on tights, feet, and thighs. In fact, the first few scenes involves Yua bending her knees, with the camera zoomed in on her tights and thighs, and taking a picture of a puddle of water, and as she begins to leave, the camera is still focused on her tights. This simple scene highlights what we, as the viewers, can expect from this show. Many, many tights and thighs scenes!
Miru Tights has no story, rather it's a collection of “slice of life” events from three highschoolers' and a teachers' perspective. There will be many normal and mundane life events, such as rain drenching one's clothes, working at a part-time job, receiving punishments, and dealing with ripped clothes. And, yet somehow in every single episode, Miru Tights is able to squeeze in many sensual or suggestive scenes, usually involving tights or thighs. For example, Yua likes to cosplay while showing off lots skin, Homi sleeps in her swimsuit with tights on, the teacher makes sexual advances on a young boy, an interesting foot 'massage' takes place in the classroom, and we get to watch the point of view of cat. Overall, the story is nonexistent, however its fanservice scenes of tights, thighs, and feet is plentiful and well-intended.
SOUND:
The opening song features no lyrics or vocals, but piano music that plays soft-sounding notes, and in the background, there are stunning walking animations of highschool girls wearing tights as its main camera shot. The ending song entitled "True Days" is your typical J-Pop, and like its opening intro, this outro also features many scenes of our main characters' tights, foots, and thighs from various camera angles and shots. Moreover, there are three versions of this ending song, i.e., the voice actresses will sing their characters' solo version of it during episodes when their character is the primary focus.
The voice acting is pretty good. It should be noted that any sensual or suggestive scenes were vastly improved by the voice actresses' quiet, soft-spoken, and, occasion, flirtatious-sounding voices. The background sounds features many effects that emphasize on tights and the characters that wear them, for example, tights tearing apart, tights stretching and being pulled towards the waist, water dripping from the rain and clothes, and many others. Overall, the sound design for Miru Tights is excellent.
ART/ANIMATION:
Miru Tights is a beautifully animated show. Whether there is a fast and slow moving camera shots, the scene will not lose a single frame, and the character/object animations move a with crisp and fluid motion. The scenes where the movement animations and camera shots are slowed down are amazing; these scenes are intentionally slowed down to emphasize the fanservice, such as 1) the girls slowly putting on their tights displaying their bare legs and underwear, 2) flowing skirts that reveal their tight covered bottoms, and 3) random leg and feet movements covered by their tights.
It should be obvious from the first few seconds, but you're going to watch many scenes of tights, thighs, and feet from various camera shots and angels. The zoomed in shots of these parts only reinforces the notion that tights, thighs, and feet are the main focus of this show. It also helps that the art is very polished and detailed, most noticeably when featuring those prominent parts. Overall, the art and animations are outstanding, especially when it comes to the level of detail for our main characters' legs and feet.
CHARACTERS:
While the show does provide much screen time for our main characters, there is surprisingly little to no character development, personality, or memorability. The characters are cute, pretty, and beautiful to watch on screen, however their only real purpose is to act as a vehicle to show-off their tights, thighs, and feet. Every main character in this anime wears tights and is either a 2nd year highschool student or a teacher.
Yua Nakabeni is a 2nd year student with dark blue, long hair and wears 30 denier tights (sheer). She has a twitter account where she posts cosplay images of herself, e.g. maid outfit, nurse, bunny suit, and school uniform, and also likes to flirt with Ren Aikawa.
Ren Aikawa is also a 2nd year student with light brown, shoulder-length hair, and wears 60 denier tights (opaque). She works at Berry Cafe as a waitress.
Homi Moegi is also a 2nd year student with black, short hair, and wears 110 denier tights (thick). She is a rich girl (as noted by the personal driver in episode 1), is part of the swim team, and has a younger brother.
And finally, Yuiko Okuzumi is a 27-year old homeroom teacher for the three main characters. She has brown, long hair, and wears glasses and 20 denier tights (sheer). It's hinted that she likes to make sexual advances on naive and innocent highschool boys.
ENJOYMENT:
I expected to watch a show about tights and I got what I expected: tights, tights, and more tights. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed every moment of this show, and I hope that Japan will create a second season.

Alas, the days of happiness are over. Miru Tights has finished airing. Now you may be thinking that only those with thigh/foot (and so on) fetishes would ever want to watch Miru Tights. And you’re wrong. You don’t need any fetishes to start this show, for you’ll end up with all of them by the time the show’s over. Miru Tights believes strongly in exploring the niche, educating the viewer in a way that no other anime can hope to achieve. You didn’t realise there was an ear-cleaning fetish? Well, now you know, and, even better, you want someone to shove your head in their thighs,and clean your ears too.
I digress. The main charm of Miru Tights is the art. The faces of the main characters may seem to be pretty much the same thing, but who cares about faces? The tights are well-rendered, with thoughtful attention to the anatomy of high school girls. The animation is smooth too, with seamless transitions that have you on the edge of your seat. Of course, I can’t spoil anything, but there’s one foot transition that is perfectly capable of bringing a grown man to tears, from its sheer excellence alone.
The sound is no flaw either. Due to the short duration of the episodes, we are not blessed with an opening theme, but the light and pleasant nature of the ending themes make up for this. And the character’s voices are not harsh on the ear either. If you choose Miru Tights as your fap material, the sound will only supplement your experience.
Now, you may consider a downfall of Miru Tights to be the lack of plot - ignorant minds certainly may think so. But the plot-less nature of this masterpiece is what makes it a masterpiece. We, the audience, are taught the beauty of the mundane, the je ne sais quoi of the quotidian. Consequently, one could even argue that Miru Tights has a philosophical element to enrich it further. The mixture of the show’s metaphysics and well-aimed feet shots (the cinematography is phenomenal) makes it sublime.
In conclusion, watch Miru Tights.
There is no excuse not to. If you have any of the fetishes it covers, you should already be hooked. If you have no fetishes, you’ll have them in four minutes from now. If you’ve lived a life of purity, Miru Tights will teach you the bliss of sin. Even if you’ve sinned before, this show will free you from a past of pain. Plus, the show’s total runtime is only 48 minutes. What else would you be spending that time on - complaining about how miserable you are?
And there’s no need for that.
For one cannot be miserable, when one has watched Miru Tights.

“Thicc thighs save lives, but thigh highs will be my demise” -a man of culture. As a short form ecchi series it’s not bad in that it doesn’t tone down the content past episode one as there are quite a few steamy scenes later on in the series. All in all though there really isn’t much worth diving into. It’s girls wearing tights. Seriously, almost all of the shots are focused on either their legs or feet. If that’s your thing, it’s a good way to kill 20 minutes. If it’s not then (you are clearly not a man of culture) that’s ok. Each episode isfour minutes of school girls and sometimes a teacher wearing tights that don’t leave much to the imagination and being very very flirtatious while doing it. I’ve never had a fetish for that kind of thing till until the sensei enters the room and all of a sudden I feel like I am being seduced. Seriously can we please call 2019 the year of the sensei.
I give Miru Tights a 6 out of 10 cause it’s mighty fine.

So. This is a show that makes it premise very clear even before you start watching it. It's a show focused on tights, legs, feet and all that. So to those who aren't into any of that, watched it and gave it a bad rating or review... well I don't know what you were expecting. I believe even for an Ecchi about tights, legs and feet it manages to go above and beyond. - How well does it do its job - Very well, it starts out tempting and promising and gets creative every single episode, keeping a small cast of forgettable characters, but who cares, you'renot here for that. It gets more and more each episode and doesn't feel like it drags either, it gets right into the point.
- Visuals and Sounds -
The sounds and such are decent, the sounds of the tights are nice, and the voice acting is pretty good as well. The visuals are very beautiful for a show like this. There wasn't a single thing I thought looked ugly or over saturated. All the colors, brightness and contrast are at the right level... and the animation for the tights and legs and such you're here for... you won't be disappointed in the slightest, it goes above and beyond with it.
- Plot, Characters and other things -
So yeah, there isn't any plot or any major character development, but for a show like this that doesn't last longer than 4 minutes per episode, it doesn't matter, you're only here for the Ecchi stuff. The episodes being 4 minutes long doesn't matter either, it doesn't feel like it's being dragged out for the sake of a plot point and just gets right into it.
- Sooo... why an 8? -
The reason I'm rating this an 8 is that I believe it manages to accomplish the expectations I set for it and even exceeds it. I was just expecting a show with a few foot shots with tights on and such and no progression, just something that would change a little per episode, but it does much more than that. It makes every episode feel unique, with a few minor nitpicks here and there, but they're very minor for sure.
So yeah... go watch it if you like Tights, Legs and Feet. You won't regret it... ^_^

Peak fiction!!!! Can't believe I found an anime to feed my feet fetish addiction. In the 2nd part of the season, this show was more dirty than a cultured anime. Definitely recommend! How the fuck has this such a good animation?! This has better animation than the new Shaman King and they have better written characters than Boruto. I cant say much about this without giving many spoilers but was the greatest slice of life show out there. My only regret is that it doesn't have more episodes and that the episodes that are up are very short. But still, give this a try if you feelhorny and you will not regret it.

The first morning of the new semester is rainy, with cherry blossoms falling onto the puddles. Students enter the school gate with various umbrellas. In front of the shoe locker, Yua starts chatting with her friend, Ren Aikawa, whose tights got wet from the rain. Homi, who was drenched, joins them. While the plot description might be a bit simple, and more of a rough outline of the first episode, that's because this series doesn't have all that complex of a plot. The running time for this series, including the bonus episode, is less than an hour long. But a complex or long running plot isn'tthe focus of this ecchi series. The focus is the three high school girls that we are introduced to at the beginning of the series.
This is going to seem a bit weird, but this ecchi series doesn't really have the blatant sexual overtones of most ecchi series. Oh, it's still meant for you to get your rocks off to, but there isn't any of the regular ecchi tropes here, such as the male protagonist accidentally seeing one of the female characters naked or in a state of undressing or dressing, or one of the female characters being covered up by conveniently placed steam in a steamy public bath house. Instead, the whole series is slow shots of girls putting on stockings and their feet.
That's right, this is a foot fetish ecchi series. Surprisingly, they do exist out there. Most of this series is slow panning shots of the three main girls in various states of putting on, wearing, or taking off stockings, along with shots of their feet. And I never thought that I would say this about an ecchi series, but Miru Tights is pretty comfy. While it's pretty simplistic, it still somehow managed to make it's characters charming and likable.
To top it all of, the animation is really nice. Although that's probably help by the fact that a lot of the shots are very basic, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's a nice looking series. My only complain is that the whole series seems to have some slight chromatic aberration throughout it, but it's not all that distracting.
Would I recommend Miru Tights? Yes. It's wonderfully animated, the characters are actually likable, and despite the short length, it actually takes it's time making sure the audience gets what it wants. If feet and stockings is your thing, then this anime is definitely for you.

Every once in a while, especially relatively lately, an unordinarily-unfamiliar show debuted that breaks out of the mainstream take on what defines the inns and outs of said show. On several instances, they end up doing very poorly with a massive neglection and a low following compared to the rest of the airing shows. Fortunately, Miru Tights not only broke the mainstream formula but always defied the odds and pushed the tides that hold similar shows from blowing up and has had quite a huge following from a big portion of the fandom for how odd and appealing to the masses it was. That mightturn back to the fact that what it tackles is still a very under-spoken on topic for what it set up to present. The traditional take on fan service has become way too saturated across several shows that a lot of fetishes rarely if ever discussed. “Hold my tights” was this show's answer to that, an erotic 4 minutes long fan service packed haven that keeps on giving until it hit the climax that was known as the legendary episode 7, a new high of “ara ara” was reached, and it might be a while until some other show steals the spot, if not a sequel of the same show does it itself.
- Story (6.5/10):
It's clearly apparent that the premise of the show was never going to be about a groundbreaking story from the get-go, after all, a 4 minute long episode can only do so much with how much cramped it is with wild fan service that steals the spotlight from anything that has to do with the main plot, but it can't be helped but point out tiny glimpses to what looked like mini-story arcs involving several related characters where the cameraman is way more invested in tight shots that he does about keeping his job intact, which can be glorified as a great sacrifice for all of us. I've honestly seen shows that were supposed to be more story centered fall short on delivering a solid story progression as near as Miru Tights', and it only works in favor for Miry Tights to see how well it even nailed aspects it was never meant to touch upon.
- Art (9/10):
Let's be honest, the power of the visuals alone is enough to deliver an enjoyable experience of the glory of tights. Only by seeing the phenomenally consistent movie-quality episodes back to back, you'd excuse their short length, it was the pinnacle of quality over quantity for the year. Shading was the key, super tight cloth wrapping perfectly curvy legs with a bit of an overlay gradient that shows some skin does wonders.
All characters have a consistent design going for them, just like in real life, no crazy haircut heads bobbing back and forth and no unordinary over the top characters roaming with unworldly customs, just normal people living a normal relatable life, which makes it closer to what you'd see in real life.
The camera angles were crazy and satisfactory that I felt like I need to personally give a raise to the fictional cameraman myself.
- Sound (8/10):
A good visually aesthetic show can only feel as complete as it is with the help of an at least decently paced vocals. Lots of heaving breathing and audible moans were spoken, the energy that filled the voice acting perfectly went along with what was on screen the whole time.
Too bad we didn't have any opening to remember the show by afterward, but we at least had a decent ending song that plugs that kind of hunger.
- Characters (6/10):
I think the characters themselves needed a lot more work for them to stand out as different people. I found myself quite lost about who's who most of the time, I couldn't even remember any character names nor their relations with each other, but maybe that was due to how amazingly it executed what it was about “fan service”.
- Enjoyment (9/10):
Batting my eyes on everything bad I've said so far, personally, this makes a top tied fan service series that delivered on what it promised, episode 7 especially would remain as one of the best episodes of the genre for me. Now, I'm not a tights guy, I didn't see myself enjoying this series that much before I started it, but honestly, it was pretty fantastic to have these quality shorts of guilty pleasure to look forward to every week.
- Overall (7.7/10):
It simple, if you're into fan service, then the show is for you, even if you're not about the “fan service”, the animation and the attention to details stood for a great eye service along, and it would be such a shame had you not given your eyes the treat they deserve.

This anime helped me to discover my foot fetish. I mean you can think of this anime as something very stupid or disgusting however it is still really hot. story I would give the story a 5 or 6 out of 10 because I am really asking myself if this anime even has a story. Every episode is different from the other and the episodes are only 3 to 4 minutes long. Art/Animation 10 out of 10. The art is actually better than a lot of any other anime like I mean go watch one episode of miru tights and then comapre it to any other anime. Youwould realise that this anime has a really good artstyle and a very good anymation.
Sound
10 out of 10. While I was watching this anime it almost felt like ASMR. The voice acting was good and the sound was really good. Everything about the sound felt really good.
Character
Even tho the anime is only 12 episodes long and each episode is about 3 to 4 minutes I still loved the characters. THEY SHOWED US ENOUGH FEET FROM EACH CHARACTER. So I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10
Enjoyment
I think people really hate this anime because they think it's for weirdos or they just don't think that they would enjoy the anime and I was one of them, but I changed my opinion after I watched it. It Really wasn't on my plan to watch but my friend recommended the anime so I gave it a shot and suprisingly I enjoyed it I would give the enjoyment a 8 or even 9 out of 10.
Overall
I would give the anime an overall of 8 out of 10. This anime just gives you a good feeling while you are watching it and for some reason I can't really express my feeling but believe me some people get a boner from watching this anime and if you get one then cograts you have a new fetish!

"Absolute Territory" (絶対領域, zettai ryouiki), the bare skin between the skirt and stockings and these girls are GRADE A, Grade S for Yua. Miru Tights is essentially Zettai Ryouiki: The Anime Short due to the anime short is entirely on the three girls Ren Aikawa voiced by Haruka Tomatsu the normal one, Yua Nakabeni voiced by Yoko Hikasa the stoic tsundere and the voice of reason of the three and Homi Moegi voiced by Aya Suzaki the genki one and finally Yuiko Okuzumi voiced by Ai Kayano one of the teachers in the three girls' school going on their daily lives in which the episode doesn'tnecessarily focus on tights but the CAMERA most definitely does but the cast has tights and the anime short tends for the cast for them to wearing it for the majority of the episode.
Now, Miru Tights is fanserviced to hell and back but also works even if the camera is entirely focused on the tights on the girls but the fanservice comes from the voice actors and acts on the entire notion of "woman is not quite naked is more interesting than a woman that is" thus the tights are the obvious prime element in making this true. The fanservice does cross the line ONLY twice though that LA could see is of Homi's little brother episode because awkward incestuous moments...because and Yuiko's episode on one of her students (like ambiguous but still what?!?!), but yeah in terms of fanservice...Miru Tights definitely delivers.
Fumiaki Maruto the series composition and script writer of Miru Tights probably had this idea during the creation of the Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata anime (due to most of the characters having tights or Zettai Ryouiki) and for the person who created Utaha Kasumigaoka, yeah transitioning into Miru Tights and wanted Utaha's antics with tights involved was LA's thought process on why he'd want to create this masterpiece of ecchi fanservice and lo...LA can't complain...and again definitely works to some extent and because LA can see Utaha's influence in the character designs and LA is still a Utaha fanboy, you see where this is going, that culminates to...
The animation done by Yokohama Animation Lab was great mainly from the character designs (though LA at first got Ren and Homi confused at times), but where it shined is...where else, the TIGHTS are beautifully animated and just DAMN...LA can't explain it but it's not realistic but just VERY VERY well animated. Yes the camera tends to linger on the tights more than anything and less on the characters but still the character deigns though decent...it's still good in most aspects.
Though the voice cast as minimal as it is, that of Haruka Tomatsu as Ren, Yoko Hikasa as Yua, Aa Suzaki as Homi and Ai Kayano as Yuiko (And hey look Utaha's voice actor is here too and Yuiko almost personality-wise is like Utaha!). But nonetheless MVP's for Miru Tights would go to Yoko Hikasa and Ai Kayano.
Miru Tights just does it's job of beautifully animated tights and how the fanservice is greatly executed (cept for like 2 episodes) and though the characters is probably the weakest thing due to Miru Tights merely looking at the cast's daily lives thus little to no development, but personality-wise, and with how the camera looks more to the tights than the characters and thanks to the voice actors, you can quite literally tell who is talking just by the tights their wearing (no seriously!) and sure those flaws does tear the tights a little, but it's still a beautifully animated pair of tights.

As my first review , let me tell something about those who gave this drug for ecchi lovers out there a 10, cu'z this ain't worth a 10 when everything about this OVA was nothing more than Tights Porn, this OVA was just too lame , trust me you'd be better off watching hentai. So let's get down to business: Story (1/10) Cons: -Just your usual Josei School setting that revolves around three girls, and a lotta yuri sexual innuendo and suggestions when it comes to Yua and Ren and a teacher thancan qualify as a sex offender.

The art is amazing. Excels when it comes to volumes and textures. Lights and shadows are bit too blurred for my taste but it's a legit resource to enfatize scenes and characters. Top-level animation; accurate, detailed and intendedly slowed to display a fluid motion. Nice direction and edit. Camera points of view are finely concatenated and look natural enough for not realizing first sight there's neither a single middle shot nor a pure frontal close-up. Those are the most common shots and they are here avoided in an arabesquial tour-de-force style so elegantly played that might remain unnoticed. In summary: An hespiritual anime only to be enjoyed by true connoisseursthat demand artistical feed for their souls.

Ecchi anime are certainly and interesting kind type of anime. They can easily get clicks but keeping your interested throughout the whole anime is another task and a task that most ecchi anime don't succeed in. So here we have Miru Tights solving that issue by saying "eh let's make it a 5 minutes per episode series". Miru Tights is fanservice the anime and it doesn't have shame in that. There is barely anything in the anime going on other then "girls do stuff while viewers watch dem tights". The comedy is pretty standard and the characters are nothing to be remembered except their lowerbody.
So how is the fanservice? Well.... holy buggering jesus, it is good. I have never seen an anime that has put this much effort into the fanservice. Some of the scenes in Miru Tights have more frames then the action scenes in One Punch Man Season 2. It is ridiculously high effort and thus it is a joy to look at it. The anime also has the usual lesbian undertones which is nice and sometimes the anime goes there. I don't want to spoil where they go, but I'll tell you episode 7 is one of the times they go there.
So in short, Miru Tights is an enjoyable little fanservice anime. Watch it when you have a free saturday night alone in the dark.
