This disgusting anime left me huddled in a corner. I felt corrupted, violated, and I knew I could ever eat boiled eggs ever again. If you like bondage, watersports, scat, bloodplay, rape and S&M, then by all means, don't watch this. Honestly. You will lose your interest in any of these things because Nightshift Nurses makes you never want to have sex (or have anyone touch you for that matter) ever again. The art was incredibly good though, for a hentai. Good production values, and it shows. However, the characters weren't very good. Let's see, rapist and rape victims. Sounds like hentai to me, butdoes it make it a good anime? I think not. I can't say I enjoyed this. I was nearly to the point of tears; it's terrible and frightening. I know other hardy young men even cringed and felt like crying, so I was not alone. But the thing was like seeing someone get shot--you just can't look away. This is a scarring anime, and it does nothing but ravage your innocence and show you numerous unfabulous uses for an egg.

Alright, i'll be more detailed about the ratings.. Story-The plot is really really really really Rated Rx! This all about sex, sex addiction to (i think) psychosis. How will you name it? A doctor who's into medicine, to gynecology to be specific bec. accdg. to him "he respect women" due to the fact that women bear the human race (This was revealed almost at the last episode of the series). But then he turned into a sex maniac using live female human bodies for his experiment to feed his curiosity, where is the "respect" in there? I may sound bias to this character but i justdon't get it why did he decided to do that on his first victim (there is no clear reason on that part). And that was that turning point, he became more & more aggressive. Taking innocence, virginity of those nurses who turned out lewd women after his experiments on them. I gave a score of 7 in this category bec. after all, for me it's not a mediocre story. It keeps you watching even though there are so many "gross" scenes -_- Art-Very Good. The girls are really attractive & cute & even the hentai parts are very detailed. Sound-The sounds are very appropriate for this anime but one thing i don't like the most are the girls making a very high pitched scream (or moan?) Character-Yeah i really gave a score of 1 which is PATHETIC indeed. Those nurses are really pathetic esp. Ren who became a real "sex slave" for that doctor & she even got preggy.. poor girl bearing a child of a psycho. what's more? they fell inlove with the doctor! -_- But if there's a word to best describe that doctor, it would be pathetic. he really is. no argument in that period. For it has consistency & really keeps you're curiosity hover (for me i waited the time on how the guy will be punished). The story was like a shitty mess, the animation became way more worse than it ever could & the characters were so confusing that you can't even understand what were they doing there all along. It was like the "cannibalism holocaust" of hentai. The main character was a motiveless sadistic satyromaniac with scat, bondage, electrostimulation, gagging, humiliation, enema, urophilia & egg fetish. This is the worst hentai that I've watched & it was really sad that it was a waste of time. After finishing the full 10 episode series I understood that there was no plot whatsoever. I really like watching hentai & I really enjoy it but after seeing this hentai I don't think I would be able to watch hentai (for a couple of days). #not_really_happy_watching

The endingis actually quite a surprise, and the development of the plot is quite healthy in comparison to the amount of sex that is in the story. Some of the "plans" though seem a little too ridiculous, but they are still funny and masterminded. Animation: Sometimes really sexy...and GROSS AS FUCK!!! Lots of scat porn...a lot of shit flying everywhere during the end of almost every episode. I should spoil this, as to warn many of the innocent minds that will get wasted after seeing the filth. Also, there is bleeding and a lot of disgusting other stuff that can make the watcher really disturbed;or laugh when the great doctor pulls hilarious one-liners. And now why the animation owns: there is a lot of realistic looking sex. I'm serious, I got turned on seeing some of this stuff (and to share this information makes me even more proud of myself). The scat scenes generally happen towards the end - meaning they are easily avoided - however most of the time is a lot of clean, erotic sex...and a lot of nice fantasies can be played out in some of the scenes. Pretty good job here. Everything else. I'm only gonna say that the doctor is a genius, he really fools all the women like a master, and I wish I had his convicting attitude sometimes. As for the girls, they seem to have a lot in common with another one (like girl 1 is similar to girl 3, and girl 2 is similar to girl 4.) Nothing too special about the sounds - unless of course you wanna die laughing hearing the fart sounds that come up... I watch the sex scenes from time to time, and even tell people to download Yakin Byoutou. I've accepted this to be arousing and definitely worth the keeping. It gets really sick a little too often, but once you learn to skip those parts, it's fun to watch all the dialogue and such from the doctor. Recommendation: only to experienced hentai otakus. Anyone else would delete this after watching shit fly everywhere the first time...
This isn't your typical hentai, which is why I was drawn to it after finding one scene had become a meme. There's lots of abuse and psychological horror elements, along with an underlying story with conflict and intrigue. I found that this anime gives you an insight on PTSD if we're looking at it from judging the story as a whole, and it's refreshing to see elements like this thrown into a genre know for people disregarding story elements. Go in knowing that this series isn't happy, but also go in to expect the unexpected. If you can hold on for the whole ride, Ithink you'll find it worth it. There are many tropes that characters fall in to with it being a hentai, but it's to be expected. Despite that, there is partial character development, and makes the experience more vibrant. It has aged a bit, but it's certainly possible that elements from the story could be applied in real life. I really liked the art direction that was chosen, and it's not ugly to look at, The score also really complements the series to set a nice ambiance.
