After gaining the title of the strongest warrior in the world, Peter Grill has finally proven his worth and is ready to take the hand of his beloved senior, the beautiful and innocent Luvelia Sanctos. Peter expects to have a healthy relationship with her, despite some objections from her father. Unfortunately, this dream quickly breaks apart as news of his grand victory spreads among the womenfolk of other races—ogres, orcs, elves, and others—some of them even vying for his seed to produce offspring blessed with his might. To avoid betraying the trust of his cherished Luvelia and causing a scandal, Peter strives to avoid other women's salacious advances. However, accomplishing such a feat with so many alluring women on his trail is easier said than done. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Works like "Peter Grill" have always intrigued me as it's never sure what its ultimate goal is. On the one hand, it's meant for people who have a strong sexual desire to fuck anyone remotely sexy. On the other hand, it wants to satisfy all NTR fanatics. In the midst of all this, there is also rape which tied to the other two. There is no clear indication of what kind of people this is precisely targeting, but nevertheless, if you are a weird person, this may be what you are looking for. "Peter Grill" is about Peter becoming the strongest warrior in the countryand as such marrying the king's daughter. Apparently, the king doesn't want Peter to marry her because he himself wants to plant his seed inside her. Yes, the king is a psycho and wants to fuck his daughter real good. If that wasn't enough, many characters, oddly all sexy, have been sent by their clan/tribe to fuck Peter because they want a strong successor among their kind, and all of this just to indirectly humiliate an innocent girl. Now, the thing is, Peter Grill is nonsense. Not only does it shamelessly promote NTR as a good thing, but it also wants to trick us into believing that all men are like Peter, these greedy assholes who just like to fuck. The truth is, if you genuinely love someone you wouldn't betray them in any way. It ain't happening. However here it does. Why is that a thing? I'll tell you why - Peter loving Luvelia is a lie. Peter not being able to refuse any of the girls from having sex is also a lie and that he likes to do it. What pisses me off is the way the anime uses the "rape" shtick to make Peter look innocent when he is clearly strong enough to get out of any of the situations easily and unharmed. You even see him at the end of each episode spout some random quote or tell us, the audience that he still "loves" Luvelia even though he just NTR'd her. The rest of the characters are a big mess. Nobody gets even slippery growth that would make sense and apart from Luvelia everyone is unlikable. If you are a male you are the Klein of Sword Art Online and if you are a female you are somehow interested in Peter and most likely he has fucked you already. None besides Peter, the evil mastermind he is, gets victorious. Am I supposed to root for him? Sure, he's the protagonist and all but you have to give me something to work with. Having to see a fuckboi mess with the feelings of an innocent girl is something I cannot ignore and I hope he gets the School Days ending. All in all, Peter Grill is abysmal. Whoever thought of this must have been cucked at some point and in need to take revenge this anime came to life. Perhaps this is not even its final form and until then I may have to train very hard to get to its level. Jā. Just skip it and listen to the ED instead.
I unironically think Peter Grill is one of the best anime of the year. Despite the hate it's getting in reviews and ratings, this anime is for a certain type of person. It's for the most degenerate of degens. The Otaku escapism bait is strong with this one and if you're looking for some substantive oregairu pseudo deep type crap, this ain't for you. Peter grill accomplishes what it sets out to do. To get you horny, pick up the manga and watch on a weekly basis. That's it. This is not meant to be a thought provoking or intellectually stimulating series and for thelife of me I don't know why anyone watching this would expect that. It's a 13 minute short series that appeals to male fantasies. Full stop. Is it worth the watch? Well, you know yourself. Are you a fan of NTR, otaku escapism, harems and Ecchi? If so, yes. If not, no. I am a fan of the aforementioned topics therefore giving Peter Grill a 9 was an easy task. It's funny, it's ridiculous, it's stupid, there's hot girls who are dying to have sex with the MC and it's got great character designs. It's honestly close to the perfect anime. The only issue I really have with it is the fact it's so short. Often times we're just getting into the heat of the moment, no pun intended, when the show cuts to the ED. With all the other sequels announced for Summer 2020 anime, I'm hopeful this will get one as well especially with how it ended. Otherwise, there's always the manga. Peter Grill gets 9 plan b pills out of 10 from me.
(This review might contain some spoilers) So, Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan is an anime that exists. Why? I don’t know. Clearly, this is aimed towards Men of Culture, of which I am not part of. I can probably identify myself as a “normie”, as if you check my profile, I rate a lot of different anime highly, even if a lot of other people don’t like it, making my average score around 8. But if you check the score I gave this anime, you’d know that this show has some problems for me. After all, this is the first time I gave literally anythinga 2, anime or not. So this review is for all the normies out there who are trying to think if they should give this anime a chance. Here’s some advice: don’t. But before we begin with this hellhole, I want to assure you that not everything in this anime is bad. After all, the only thing in this anime that is remotely good is the character design. I think we can all agree that pretty much every character here is hot, or at the very least, we can agree that their bodies are pretty Sexy™. I cannot deny that all the girls (except the elf girl) are pretty gifted and cute, and even though I loathe Peter (the main dude), I can confirm that he has them muscles. I do have one problem with the designs, but I'll mention that later. So, let us begin with why I hate this show. First, let’s begin with the story… oh wait! There isn’t one. It’s literally about the strongest guy (human) in the world trying to resist the charms of women (other races) who want his spunk junk to conceive babies to make their race stronger. Typical hentai plot, right? Oh wait! There’s more! The dude literally has a fiance, who he l o v e s so much that he wants to marry her. Amazing! Among the NTR he’s committing, this guy’s being abused, molested, and in technical circumstances, raped. The story and humour revolve around this guy trying to avoid bonking the women trying to gain his vanilla ice cream, but he always ends up failing. So unless you’re into this kind of stuff, I’d advise you to stay away. Next, let’s talk about the characters. Almost EVERY character here is actual shit, and I think the main guy, Peter Grill might as well be the worst. This guy (read: hypocrite) keeps on saying that he loves Luvelia, his fiance, but ends up always chugging the train with the other women almost every day. I think if his love is actually real, he’d at least try to come clean in the first place. But nope, he cares more about his pride and appearance, and tries whatever it takes to hide his secrets that he “absolutely despise”. I actually don’t understand. What’s he afraid of? He’s literally the strongest man on the planet, so I don’t understand why couldn’t he just fight them off. But for plot’s sake he can’t, I guess. He can just break up with his fiance, but since the entire plot revolves around NTR, the anime won’t work without it, which says a lot about it. And in the final episode this dude (read: hypocrite) says to another character, and I quote: “You’re depriving yourself of other possibilities because you’re way too focused on chasing after this one woman,” which was basically the last straw for me because he said that so that he can get another person to remove a woman from his “””harem””” when that’s basically what Peter is doing as well. So yeah, I’ve never hated a fictional character in my entire life. I really dislike the four women, Lisa, Mimi, Vegan, and Piglette, who are trying to get a bit of Peter’s milkshake. But the problem is, the reason why they’re doing so isn’t that bad. They’re doing it for the sake of their people, to make the future generations of their races stronger (maybe except for Piglette’s case, but it’s kinda similar). While this might be a good thing, what they do is not. I don’t know about you guys, but I feel like blackmailing someone who has a fiance he l o v e s after seducing and forcing him into filling holes isn’t a good thing. I think it’s pretty bad. I’ve read the manga, and I know it gets worse. The side characters don’t help with how this show is, but make it worse. One side character found out of Peter’s secret and he decides to keep it a secret because “he’s a bro”??? Another side character, Luvelia’s father, is actually pretty much a manipulative brainwasher who is the reason why Luvelia is the way she was in the anime, and might as well be the reason why all of this happened in the first place. So yeah, almost every character is shit. But if you’d noticed, I said that almost every character in this anime is shit. *Almost*. There are actually three (3) characters here that I can consider to be actually good, and two (2) of them are side characters that only appeared in the last three episodes of the anime. One of them is Luvelia, Peter’s fiance, and I kinda feel bad for her. The man she loves keeps doing the Monster Mash behind her back, and in a lot of cases, he does it in front of her (without her noticing). What’s worse is that she doesn’t even know what the act of Connection is, and if she sees them doing it, I don't even think she’ll realize what is wrong. At this point, I just want Peter to break up with her just so that he doesn’t make it even worse for Luvelia. Going back to the character design, there’s one thing that bothers me. It’s not entirely bad, but it’s kinda like a pet peeve for me when I watch this and it comes up. Why do guys not have nipples? Okay, I know it’s weird, but I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about it. I only watched the censored version, and I kept on wondering why the female nipples were censored, while the male nipples were basically nonexistent. Is this a new type of censoring? Pecs ain’t pecs without the nips. Other than that, I can say that the art and sound are alright. They don’t stand out in any way, and they fit just right for this anime. The ED actually sounds pretty good, and it might as well be my favorite thing in this anime. On the other hand, while the OP is also good, it perfectly encapsulates the hellhole this anime is. You might as well just watch the OP and you’ve pretty much watched the whole anime. Another thing to note is that each episode is 12 minutes long, half of a normal episode, which makes this anime SO much more tolerable. I wouldn’t be able to stand trying to watch 24 minutes of this every week. So in the end, why did I decide to watch this show? I have no idea. I guess I wanted to warn people like me who don’t like this kind of shit. I can understand why men of culture would like this, but it’s just not for me, and if you’re reading this and are not a man of culture, then please don’t waste your time watching this. It’s not worth it. (Also, if you may have noticed, I never once explicitly stated two certain things in this review. This is because the anime did the same thing, *at least from what I remember* which was so stupid that I actually found pretty funny, so I thought I might as well put it here so my review so you can understand how stupid it felt whenever it come up in the anime.)
Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time. What is this, Harry Potter and taglines? In a nutshell, this is Interspecies Reviewers, only more down to just complacent interspecies sex and and less about common sense. No need to talk it out, just make do and all will be fine as molasses, I'm sure! Unfortunately, being a manga reader of this trash manga (and YES I did read this past where the anime had long reached its stopping point) is no consolation, and I'd have to lament that keeping this show at half-length hurts the series as a whole. But of course, there IS a LEGIT reason why thisis so, because the sex "make love" part is the centrifugal plot to this show (if you can call it that). In the season of many simps, Peter Grill is but one of them added into the simp category as well. The strongest warrior alive who is said even to take down the strongest enemies of insane magnitude, he's a town saviour, and his life-long ambition is to prove his worthiness to the woman that he has been in love with: Luvellia Sanctos, who coincidentally is the township's king and ALSO coincidentally being overprotective just in case of an unforeseen sex move that would create future heirs to ascend to the therone. Alas, Peter Grill isn't alone. His defining feature is that he's a sucker for women who all want his juices to create strong breeds of warriors, from alpacas to elves, and even to ogres. I laugh in the safe distance thinking that he'll pull off each brutal temptation of big breasted species, BUT NOPE. He just let them have their way with him, and the regrets could not have come sooner. Forget about characterization. Forget about the plot. Only do one thing: simp and fap the hell outta this show. That's how you enjoy this show. The one good thing: Tom-H@ck's theme song composition of Yui Ninomiya's OP, of which it's my guilty favourite this season to listen to. Otherwise, stay the stork away from this show if you don't need mindless fapping to the many shenanigans of the setting and foreplay.
There is nothing special to say about Peter grill and the post nut clarity, I mean, Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time. Peter is the second most powerful guy so every race girl (not literally) is after his sperm to obtain the best hypothetical warrior. Story 2/10: Seduced by other race girls, initially Peter tries to resist but later ends up gets laid, realizing it is wrong the next day. This is the same story for half a dozen of episodes. you may get a small smile in your 1st and 2nd episode may be but it becomes cliche over long run. Art: 7/10, nothing spectacular Soound :4/10 Character: 4/10 Enjoyment : 2/10 Overall : 3/10 Still, re-considering here anything I have missed to write, but nothing is there to write, because it offers nothing.
There are only three words I need to say for you to get an idea as to what this kind of show this is. “SIMPING: Fantasy Edition.” Yes, it is indeed one of those shows, the kind of show you need to lower your brain functionality to enjoy. While that is true and it can be enjoyable if you think that way, it doesn’t change the fact that this show is REALLY bad. Sit back, relax and SIMP your brain away you horny motherf***er ;) as I present to you the anime review for Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time. Let’s begin shall we? Story:2/10 After a long and aregous tournament that we don’t get to see, Peter Grill stands tall as the winner and declared the strongest warrior throughout the lands. With him winning the tournament and having a lovely and innocent girlfriend in the form of Luvelia, life seems pretty good for him. It doesn’t last long though. With the world seeing him as the strongest warrior, women from other neighbouring countries confront Peter with one intention in mind, to give birth to the strongest warrior by having his seed. The story is basic and rather predictable as well, as it basically boils down to how far Peter will fall down the rabbit hole as more girls arrive into the scene and the sex only intensifies. Yeah, if you thought that Peter can keep his chastity for Luvelia, you are dead wrong. But that’s also a problem because each episode feels like it ends in the same way with Peter regretting everything he has done with an exaggerated expression on his face and it just gets rather repetitive with nothing really changing besides the amount of women in Peter’s life and his mental state. Good thing it has a 12 minute runtime because after the first few episodes, it would have gotten really boring, really fast as the shock value would have dissipated much quicker. Without much of a solid hook either, the story of Peter Grill falls flat because it really is that basic. It’s quick, slapstick comedy which for the first half of the show was funny in a so bad it’s good kind of way but it just kind of falls to the wayside as it is this show’s only trumpcard to keep people engaged with the story. Characters: 2/10 If you thought Kazuya from Rent-A-Girlfriend was a bad protagonist, you have not seen Peter Grill my friend. The guy is just so unrelatable that I feel no sympathy for him and his plight whatsoever because he is just one big SIMP and a massive hypocrite. He keeps saying that he can’t have sex with these women because he made a promise to Luvelia and his love is only for him, only to have sex with them anyway over and over again. You can’t relate because the guy did this to himself and keeps digging that hole deeper to the point where it is no longer funny and is just taking the p**s. If he had a spine and not give in to his urges, he might have been a more tolerable protagonist. Sure, he feels guilty about it, but he ain’t doing anything to better himself. It changed from laughing at him to getting frustrated with him. Now sure, the girls don’t exactly help because they practically force themselves onto him with their bodies. But they are just sexy bodies on a stick as their personalities are one note and only there to fill the spectrum of harem girls. They have little to no depth, we only know the basics about them by the end and they all have the same mindset so we don’t get some interesting conflicts except for fighting over Peter’s d**k. Besides their one note personalities, there only other noticeable difference is that they are from different species. There is also Luvelia as well but she is really just an innocent, pretty face to act as Peter’s light to give him courage. That’s it really, their backstory was explained in like a 10 second flashback and she also has little personality. The only other notable thing is that she has an overprotective father who I guess acts as the main villain. Narratively yes but those girls sure do put up some competition, but he is more comical than anything. In this context it works but not very well. He ain’t neither funny nor intimidating which the show is trying to frame in the eyes of Peter so he just comes across as rather forgettable antagonist. Animation: 3.5/10 It is as generic as it gets which is one way to say the animation and art style is very meh. The little action in this fantasy series is lazily done with the usual shaky screen and still images. Even then, the animation is just not impressive. The show does rely on facial expressions to make it seem like there is plenty of movement going on but they kind of just use the same few over and over again. First few times are funny but then it just starts to feel numb. Same kind of goes for the fan service. There is plenty of nudity in this series with girls coming in different shapes and sizes. That depends though if you can see it because the censored version covers the private areas with bright lights so you can’t see it. Not that it matters in the lower region because they don’t have anything down there. Might explain why they can’t get pregnant after having sex so many times because they don’t have anything down there. So what are they doing instead? Anal maybe? This is something that should be explored further. Anyway, back to the topic at hand. They do serve their purpose to drive the sexiness factor up but I feel like it’s done in a rather basic way and they don’t really ham up the sexiness factor to make things really interesting if you know what I mean. Sound: 4/10 Besides a couple of tracks, the ost is pretty forgettable and is pretty standard for a fantasy series. I kind of just blends into the scene rather than really adding anything to make it stand out to make the scenes much better. Well besides one. The one I’m on about plays at the end of episode one and in subsequent episodes where it is played after the aftermath of Peter’s sexy time with these girls. It does make that scene as well as subsequent scenes funnier because it plays like there is a sense of relief and pure happiness when you know damn well that is not the case. It’s pretty much the only times where the ost enhances the scene. The opening I really couldn’t care less about. I skipped it after about two episodes. Wasn’t really a fan of the song and the visuals, while were telling us of things to come, didn’t captivate me. The ending though, "Yoridokoro" by Hilcrhyme, was better due to the song being much better and more interesting to listen to as well as the visuals of just seeing our resident fantasy girls sleeping naked after a long and heated night. In the context of this show, it works. Conclusion: Looking back at this series, I think that this series would have probably been better as a hentai. The way this show is presented with some hentai logic like how these girls are not getting pregnant after having sex so many times would make sense. Because it feels like it’s restricting itself to be an echhi series rather than a hentai series. It might only slightly change my opinion on this show. The show kind of went from “So bad it’s funny” to “Why am I still watching this?” The story became more frustrating as Peter dug himself more and more into the hole he created and the characters couldn’t remedy it. The show is a lot of meh to really bad and while that worked to be enjoyable for the first few episodes, it just got tedious. Peter is probably the worst protagonist this season as he has no redeeming qualities, the female cast are boobs on sticks and the fan service was just okay; which is something you don’t want to hear from your ecchi series. Do I recommend it? No, unless you can stand the flaws of this series longer than I could to laugh at how bad this series is. But this ain’t guilty pleasure material for me, this is a series that it only funny for the first few episodes but then gets tiresome. My Personal enjoyment: 4/10 Overall score: 3.1/10 Recommendation: Don’t Bother
I introduce you to a show where everything starts at the end of the story. A topic which may have never been touched on before. "What happens when an average romance fantasy with a generic become the strongest man plot show ends". Well since everything starts at the end of the story the contents of the story are pretty much zero. There's not really anything to offer anymore. Only one thing which is a compilation of trashy ecchi fanservice. One thing I should tell about the series though is that you're pretty much better off watching hentai than overall just watching the series. It's pretty much hentaisince; it has zero to no plot, lots of sex, a lucky MC, and a Harem made out of different species of demihumans. So disregarding story what about art? The animation looks pretty stiff and awkward but to the point that it's still edible to the audience. Character designs though are incredible. One thing about watching ecchi/R18 anime is that the characters pretty much looks the same just has a bit difference in artstyle. This show in particular has a really good unique and diverse character design. The girls are easily distinguishable which just makes them easy to remember. So do I recommend the show? No, just watch hentai but yes if you want to warm up your horniness before watching real shit. The anime is fairly short and just made up of about 11mins per episode, and goes far less if you like skipping openings. As an anime overall it's just pretty trashy 5/10
Watching Peter Grill just gave me the urge to watch a hentai where the sex is shown. There are plenty of solid ecchi that tease sexual acts ad nauseum, but when you have it actually happen off camera in every episode it gives blue balls a new meaning. If the imperative of Peter Grill is fanservice, which it is, then this show leaves a lot to be desired. Other than fap material, the only reason to watch this is if you find it particularly funny - the premise of a guy who can’t keep his dick inside of his pants (for all except his fiance) wasamusing, but after the 4th or 5th iteration of this same joke the humor wore thin and after the 7th or 8th same punchline it became a point of annoyance. Peter Grill also cuts out content from the manga, likely due to the 12 minute episode format, to the detriment of the parodical comedy. The funniest section of the manga to date is when Peter enters a goblin territory which turns into a hilarious Goblin Slayer parody….and that didn’t make it to the anime. To its credit, Peter Grill does ADD nudity that wasn’t present in the manga, so in at least that way it adds some value that the source material didn’t have. But it still needed to show actual intimacy of any sort in order to be a true success as an erotica. Ecchi can work through incessant teasing, but not through complete omissions of sexual acts that you know are happening but are not shown. It also bears mentioning that the animation is poor. Like, low budget hentai terrible that skips frames, has minimal motion, tons of panning shots and loops the same action over and over again. This is another reason that this show gives the impulse to watch a hentai, as it's a similar experience except one actually delivers. I’m sure other reviews will criticize Peter Grill for not having enough “plot” or being “morally despicable” or whatever nonsense that has nothing to do with the inherent value of the ecchi genre. None of that matters to me as I don’t pretend to watch ecchi focused anime for reasons other than titillation. The problem with Peter Grill lies in its poor execution of the fanservice first and foremost, and not taking full advantage of its medium to enhance the source material.
What a freaking anime. I thought I had seen some bad anime. Nah fam, this takes the fuckin cake. I know people have their kinks. Some strander than others. For the NTR crowd, they may find enjoyment in this. As for others, this is such a awful show. Story: 2/10 The story is simple. A whiny bitch baby is being forced to thots that aren't his girlfriend. Let me elaborate, this man, in the first episode, is deemed the strongest man/person in the world. He has his a thing witn the Guildmasters daughter. The daughter is infatuated with the MC, Peter, however the girl barely has anyclue on sexual interactions. Peter just wants to be with her. But, not once, not twice, but 3 fucking times, girls come to him looking for his seed. They hope to carry his seed for the nations that they come from. And he falls for each ones tricks and getting blackmailed into having sex with them. Nearly every episode is him hoping to further his relationship with his gf, but everytime, one of the side hoes comes up looking for a quick thirst from his little Peter. It isn't until the end where some dude challenges Peter in hopes of taking one of the girls away from him but he fails ultimately. The whole story just concludes with him still developing a relationship with his gal while these thots keep chasing him for that precious seed. It wasn't really funny whatsoever. The ecchi of the show was eh. Art: 3/10 Art looks below average as fuck. Nothing really stands out too much. Sound:4/10 Probably the highest category rating for this anime. The anime sounds were basic but the OP/ED were humorous. OP if I remember correctly just sings about how much of a sleaze bag the person singing in which links up to Peter. Then the ED sings about some guy wanting to stay with this girl and being her rock while showing Peter having laid with the side hoes. Quite ironic. Characters: 2/10 Peter Grill: Strongest Human/Man alive; fuckin whines like a bitch about how he wants to be with Luvia or whatever her name is and yet he barely fight the girls back from getting his cock. I admit, he is one of the rare non-hentai characters who actually gets laid. But every episode is him whiny about being with his gf whilst fucking these wamen. Luvia or some shit: She looks hot, nothing much about her. She is eye candy and the thing that makes Peter whiny as fuck. Ogre sisters: They want Peters seed to raise a strong warrior for their nation. The oldest twin is hot and the younger one is alright. Piglette: Got nice ass and tits, personality is barely there Elf Loli: I don't remember her name but she sucked ass, I hated her attitude. Peter should have punched her in her fucking face and instead lets her feel up his dick. Enjoyment; 3/10 Girls were alright, every character was bland as fuck. Story wasn't there. Episodes were very similar till near the end. Overall: 3/10 I would have dropped the points lover but each episode is about 12-13 minutes long including OP/ED. So I didn't have to sit there long enough to watch each episode. If you into NTR, you might like this show. If you can find any comedy in this show, you might enjoy it. If not to both, you may struggle finding enjoyment from this show.
This review can be summed up by “Redo of Healer, but replace revenge porn with NTR, or remove the revenge from the rape and make it gender-swapped.” This is 12 half episodes of Peter Grill being seduced by girls of other races that are not the girl he is engaged to, and trying to avoid having sex with them (and failing). Not only is it all about NTR, but there is no plot outside of it, and all the characters are defined by who they want to have sex with (except his fiance, who is also unaware of sex). On top of that, the animationis absolute trash. The only reason this is a 1.2 and not a 1 is that at least it isn’t trying to be serious like Redo of Healer and is trying to be funny instead. Overall this is probably the most facepalms per second I have had when watching an anime, and I am not excited for season 2. Score: 1.2
I'll explain to you what "Kenja no Jikan" means. This anime is titled Peter grill to Kenja no Jikan. It means post nut clarity. ----------------- This is the technical explanation: 賢者(Kenja). 賢 in Kenja means good or wise. 者 means person. So, it means wise person's time. Your mind gets clearer after you nut, and that moment is termed "wise person's time" because a wise person is usually deemed to have a clear mind all the time. ----------------- So you should probably watch this if you like the title or not. Are you interested in one person's post nut clarity? Then sure watch this. But if you are notin it for the Ecchi, harem, and (the sort of) reverse rape, then don't watch this, and don't give it a low rating, no less, for being the simple ecchi show that it is supposed to be! Shows like this shouldn't be compared to masterpieces. You have to rate it according to how well it reached its full potential in its situation, financially and plot-wise, to be the most objective as possible. So this anime was probably not created by a super famous studio - just checked: it is Wolfsbane; never heard of it; seems like Peter grill is its debut work - and the story is catered towards a young, MALE, horny audience. So I will rate it according to how well it appealed towards that audience and if the budget of the studio allowed an anime to be created at all. So, first of all, yes the budget of the studio was not so horrible that the artwork is horrendous (there are some out there that would have been better not born, unfortunately). It's tolerable and good enough to not get in the way of your thoughts. It's smooth enough. I like all the voice actors and I like the ED. The story is simple. It's simple and it's for young, male, horny males, okay? Did you get that? Cause, that's the most important part. Done. 8 all around for the rating categories. Overall 8.

As a self-proclaimed man of "culture", I felt obliged to check this anime out despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews (I also like to form my own opinion). But I wish I had listened to them. My peers have already stated how pathetic the main character is, but in my opinion, he's even worse than expected. He portrays himself as the victim, but in reality, he's the second villain of the story. Allow me to explain, he is the strongest warrior of this world, so this creates a scenario of multiple races being interested in his "sauce". But, despite being engaged to his so-called childhood sweetheart, themain character can't keep it in his pants, and every instance he sees a woman naked, he utters the words "Boobies".After morning arrives and he experiences PNC (post-nut clarity) he laments his decision. This leads me to believe that he doesn't love his childhood sweetheart at all, if anything he's only in love with the idea of her, plus attracted to her. For those who wish to defend him by stating "oh he's being blackmailed, or "he has a high libido and his fiancee is painfully innocent".While a valid argument can definitely be made, it still doesn't excuse the main character who is devoid of common sense or respect for that matter. But, it gets worse as when you introduce his partner in crime a.k.a the guild leader, the childhood sweethearts father. He brainwashed his daughter to be someone completely clueless about matters between men and women all for the sole reason of him being interested in pursuing a physical relationship with her. You would think that the main character would act like a rational person and clear up the misunderstanding for his fiancee and if she was against the notion of any intimacy, then Peter could decide whether or not the relationship was worth keeping. As her lack of interest/innocence is not an excuse for Peter to engage in affairs. Regarding the blackmail, Peter can't keep it in his pants, and despite being the strongest warrior he doesn't even attempt to fight back and gets swept in by his libido. I also hate how every single ecchi anime has at least one tentacle scene, quite frankly I find it to be disgusting. Regarding the scenes full of "culture", they're almost nonexistent. The only likable things about this anime are that it's only 12 minutes long and it has both an OP & ED, which reduces the length of the episode to around 9-10 min. of pain. On the plus side, the ED is catchy and the character designs are above-average. One final positive is that the main character is actually someone who has a libido and acts on it, unlike most ecchi male leads. Lastly, what would have made this a much better experience was if the MC wasn't engaged, actually had a backbone and didn't have any relation to girls who didn't respect him, a backstory for each of the girls, or even revealed why peter was in "love" with his senpai. But then again that requires effort to be put into something which is quite obviously a cash grab, as I could excuse the lack of story if it was even somewhat similar to Ishuzoku Reviewers.
Why did I watch this anime? I have absolutely no idea. Do I regret watching it? Yea Peter Grill is an anime based purely on fan service, but they try to make it seem like it has a plot( which it really doesn't). This anime is basically hentai but no devil's tango and it's censored (as it should be). You've got the main character that EVERYONE wants to fuck, and then you've got the love of his life, an innocent girl that doesn't know anything and has a really strict dad. Throughout the whole season, it's just "HEY Peter your the strongest person in the worldso I want to have your child so someone in my tribe/clan can have your AMAZING genes." and then Peter being the loyal husband he is declines. BUT THEN he couldn't resist hot titty girls and decided "hey it's fine as long as my wife doesn't know" and fucked them The creators of this show wanted to satisfy everyone's little weird hentai fantasies so they added a bit of everything. You like tentacle monsters trying to rape girls? Peter Grill has it, You like hot titty elves? Peter Grill has it. You want to see some magic spell placed on someone's dick? Peter Grills got it. And they try to make Peter Grill look like this innocent man that was forced to do all this and at the end of each episode he says something along the lines of " I still love my wife". Overall this whole entire show was basically just porn without plot.
Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan (2020) Mitchie Peregrym the only redeemable and truly loveable character of the show. That is a bold statement considering how many girls are in this and how much I personally love elven girls. The main reason is, of course, this is an ecchi show so the strongest man thing never really mattered. What really didn't matter was the random fighting monsters and such scenes since they had so little to do with the story it was ridiculous. Moreover, he is in love (the MC) with a girl who knows so little about reproduction that it is insane. He has afull-blown harem which is great but the story is not there. It tries to involve a story but it isn't really required. It is literally 12 minutes ecchi each time. The art is fairly standard and nothing special. It pushes more towards the hentai side of the level and also the uncensored version is hardly worth watching since it is not particularly detailed. The OP and ED are pretty chilled but almost feel somewhat 2000's. Generally, SFX is non-existant to a decent level. Girls moaning and such is pretty spot-on, however. Characters don't need to develop outside of all wanting his seed and him being knowledgable on intercourse and the girl he likes taking the role of the idiot. Like does she have no friends that could correct her delusions? The show itself is enjoyable as an ecchi only show with no real story that matters. In that regard, it is a good enough watch. It is however pushed out as having a story that it wants to matter which drops the score because it is so patchy and pointless it doesn't really matter. It hints at a second season but I don't know if it will get one to be honest. 4/10
I haven't laughed at an anime like this in a while. Don't listen to the low-rating lames, this show was made 100% for the homies that have been in Peter's position, and the ones that have fantasized about it. Story: It's a straight forward comedy/ecchi, that's, in essence, about the "hero" constantly being sought out by sexy girls that want to **** in order to make the strongest-bloodlined babies. All of these girls are sexy af and representative of a different race/species (ogres, orcs, elves, etc.) And unlike that creepy pedophile Ishu-whatever Reviewers that sexualizes children (that angel girl/guy looks like a 9-year-old, come on people),it does ecchi justice without making you feel like scum for laying eyes on the screen (It just makes you happy about regular ecchi stuff). If you like ecchi, then don't hesitate--this show has more uncensored T and A than Highschool DxD or any of the other ones that are well known, like a LOT more, and no pedophile nonsense (sorry loli downvoters). Characters: They exist solely to fulfill their roles, and they do it perfectly. This isn't a 10/10 shawshank redemption storyline, this is a T&A ecchi/comedy. Peter is hilarious; his moral dilemmas of trying to remain faithful to his classic "Pure and innocent, gorgeous girlfriend" are comedy gold. Sound: The opening song doesn't really stick out in my mind, but the soundtrack is perfect imo for what type of story this is, and the ending song is pretty cool tbh, I'd listen to it outside of anime. Art: Nothing exceptional, but passable. It's great when it counts (uncensored moments). Enjoyment: Man, did I crack up with this one. Every single episode, many many times. This is the first show with 12 minute episodes that I've ever watched, since I like a lot of content, but I just looked at it as six 24-minute episodes and gave it a shot. Glad I did! Overall: Overall, this is hands down the best ecchi I've seen in years, to the extent that this is my first review after twelve years of watching anime and ecchi is like my fourth favourite genre. I usually check out the reviews of an anime before I decide whether or not to watch it, and most of the time I lose interest as soon as I see a certain number of negative reviews. This time, I just played this on crunchyroll expecting some isekai ecchi (before they took it down in Canada) and was cracking up. Most ecchi have some little dope of an MC who is scared of women and doesn't act like a man would in reality, meanwhile Peter is the epitome of man. Highly recommend! PS: To those like me, that usually lose interest after checking out reviews, just say F it and go for it next time you see an interesting concept. I've seen at least eight anime with less than 6-star rating in the past year that were great, and meanwhile most of the 8/10+ aren't something I'd like. Try it next time!
Peter Grill is supposed to be the strongest warrior in the world in this anime. However in my perspective he is the weakest warrior in the world. Because He cannot overcome or win against his own sexual desires. If one is labelled the strongest warrior, he should be strong in all perspectives: Physically, Mentally and spiritually. Peter grill is weak against women. And the evil women in this anime makes use of the weakness of peter grill to satisfy their sexual desires. Lol. Peter Grill claims to love only one girl but his love does not seem to be sincere. If he was, then hewouldnt have had sex with elves, orcs and other type of life forms in this anime that represents human like features. He could have just defeated them in a single strike. But he did not even try and gave in to the evil womans demands.
Damn. I came into this wanting to like it. Like, ecchi is MY THING (not like exclusively my thing but I like it alot my thing). But I came away from this feeling quite... ambivalent. Sad cus I personally felt like this story/anime had a lot of potential. Story: 5 This is like even on my scaled up rating for story since usually ecchi animes dont have much story to begin with (in other words, its pretty bad even by my ecchi standards). The main gist of it is: man wins competition. Bunch of women wanna fuck him. Now, that in and of itself isn’t badat all. In fact, i’ve scored similar anime much higher than 5 for having a similar story. The main reason why I scored it so low is for these fuken NTR vibes. Like, this story had some great art, good character designs, and a perfect set up for some good ecchi action. But the NTR. Bruh. That killed the anime for me. Even someone who generally enjoys ecchi for ecchi, I found myself asking myself, “why am I watching this if I’m so repulsed by the NTR?” I don’t know either. Maybe because I wanted to like it, but evidently, I did not. Sad. Art: 8 I mean, what do you expect. Each episode is roughly 12 minutes long, its a new anime that takes advantage of all the technological new art advances that come with new anime. Art is good, the style fits the story and genre. It would be a shock if the art was actually really bad. I scored it an 8, knocked it down from a 9 because its very good, but nothing special. Sound: 9 Now I didn’t expect to like the sound this much, but I did. Almost standing directly in contrast to the story, I actually enjoyed both the OP and the ED, and thats saying a lot for someone who usually skips that to jump right into the ecchi action. But other than that, the VAs are good, nothings out of place. Its not a 10 since it didnt blow me away, but its at least a 9 for having some OP/ED that I liked. Character: 4 Just a couple of thoughts before the whole analysis spiel. 1. Lisa Alpacas is so hot. She isn’t like waifu material but like “I smash tf outta her if she let me” material. 2. Why do animes use anglicized names like “peter” for their characters? It throws me off so much. Its so weird to see an anime character go “peter-kun” or “Raul-san” lol. But thats just me. Onwards... The Characters in this story are all flat, no real character development for the MC or the Harem. But eh, its fine, the focus of the anime is the ecchi, so I’m not going to knock it that much. But it did detract from the overall enjoyment of it, so I cant rate this too high either. The MC, despite being strong AF is an idiot and can’t think logically or help himself. The MC’s fiancee is so brain dead the MC could cheat while she watches and she still wouldnt understand whats going on. Flat. Bad. Moving on. Enjoyment: 5 I really wanted to enjoy this. I mean theres so little ecchi anime coming out these days, especially like those from the past (i’m talkin full frontal uncensored nips anime like HSDXD or Freezing or Sekirei etc. etc.). But this anime really didnt do it for me. It wasn’t fun to watch and half the time I was so fucken worried that the MC was gonna get caught by his fiancee for smashing other chicks. Like bruh. I dont wanna have to worry about the MC when I’m trying to enjoy some mindless ecchi. Really turned me off. Overall: 6 Overall, this anime had alot of decent elements, and alot of potential to be a good (not great) ecchi anime. But the fuckin NTR is such a turn off. Like if you dont care about that, and you like ecchi, great, you’ll love this. But for me, this was simply unenjoyable. I cant give this anime anything higher than a 6. Breaking it down, id say 2 for sound, 3 for ecchi and 2 for the art, but -1 for NTR. Like damn. So much potential just wasted. Peace.
I see way too many people taking this series much too seriously. this whole series is a good way to have a laugh at the misfortune of a man just trying to be loyal while being bombarded by constant temptation while having to deal with the desires of man. it's truly hilarious and it's not meant to be watched for the story, there's nothing there, it's more of just this guy being thrown into situation after situation that test his loyalty to the woman he cares about, but ends up losing every single time. it's a comedy fanservice and that's it. and if you were torate it by those standards in it's respected genre I have to give this a solid 8/10, I can't count the amount of ecchi where the main character is just a loser who throws away every opportunity in the most depressing way and it's been overdone while in this series takes the opposite approach, the episodes are 10 minutes long each + end and intro theme. you can knock this whole thing out in a few hours. I recommend to anyone looking for a funny fanservice. I would also make sure to watch the uncensored version. might as well. overall 8/10
