When Fuuka hit her second year of middle school, puberty kicked in. Now she's really tall and has huge boobs. Due to her hairstyle, her classmates call her "Saipu", after the cyclops. Her affection for her older brother was cute when she was a little girl and said she wanted to marry him. Now it just freaks him out, since she's decided she's adult enough to follow through on her childish promises. (Source: MU)

this review will be super short or just straight up short otherwise let get into it Story: really the story is really nothing to look at really just a sister who likes her brother nothing really story driven either that's like really the whole anime or the story pre say Art: art is pretty good probably really only good thing about it Sound: there is no OP and or ED song only the characters voices which are pretty good Character: Hikaru is the brother of the main girl and what not the chill and also shy bother aswell. Fukka is the sister and well she is pretty much luckygo happy and also likes her brother. Enjoyment: honestly the comedy that was there was decent at best but the blood jokes from the noes thing are like ramped with the brother which doesn't bother otherwise get ready for alot of ecchi and also undertones of ecchi Overall: it gets a 5 from me the comedy is decent at best honestly if this was a 23 or even a 24 min anime honestly this would have gotten a 7 or even 8 out of me if it was full length and what not but yeah only 2min otherwise worth a watch if u just wanna kill some time
Saipuuuuuuu is a short, comic-strip like web release about a pretty girl named Saipuu and the ridiculous nature of her crush for her older brother. This should only be watched as an ecchi comic with virtually no story line or character development. Not that it's very long, each episode lasts between two to four minutes and that includes the overly-long BGM interludes between episode segments and "please stay tuned for the next episode" reminders. Kids under 14 will probably miss out on a few of the references (people who haven't experienced hentai may also miss a few). Overall, there's not much to this show; theonly thing I got was all the characters chanting "Saipuuuuuu!" stuck in my head. Animation: As a web release, this is probably similar to Haiyore Nyarlko (the first web release). If anything, it looks even more plain (and the male character even less palatable). The show uses extremely simplistic backgrounds and the characters look as if they are literally from your Sunday newspaper comics. Don't expect much in terms of animation of movements as well. The only thing that you'll see moving a lot is the blood from the brother's nose. Sound: There isn't much in terms of OPs/EDs. The BGM sort of fills the slots with a slightly suggestive opening track, an unbelievably annoying rising melody between episode segments, and an ending track that sounds like it's straight from a handheld dating sim. There aren't very many BGM pieces given the short length of the show but be prepared to hear certain tunes over and over again- and I don't mean the good kind of tunes. I'm quite surprised that Mai Nakahara agreed to the role of Saipuu, but in any case there isn't much character development going on so the voice work is less important than usual. Nothing out of the ordinary in this segment. Story: The entirety of this show is about our dear brother getting into ridiculous situations due to his sister's crush on him. She often pulls extremely seductive moves on him while acting all innocent like she doesn't know better. Though this quickly grows tiring, the director decided that abusing this pattern repeatedly throughout twelve episodes was a good use of the budget. Each tiny episode is further divided into miniscule segments that make Nichijou segments seem like they last an eternity. Each segment is pretty much self contained so don't expect much in terms of development of any kind. Character: Saipuu is an innocent and busty girl who likes her brother who is your typical, useless lead that doesn't do anything other than get morning wood and bleed a lot. The show does occasionally throw in some additional characters but they don't really contribute much to the mix. As mentioned before, expect some situational ecchi humor but no development. I'll bump up the score a bit since I can't really expect full character expositions considering the series length. Value: If you have absolutely nothing to do and have a bag of popcorn chicken ready, watch something else. I can't really recommend this to anyone other than closet perverts and softcore fanatics.
This is a short anime (2-minute episodes), so this review will be short as well. Summary: It is a story about a very tall girl with a brother complex. It is supposed to be comedy with ecchi overtones. The problem is... the jokes are very blunt, cliched (nosebleeds, for example) and are not very funny most of the time. Breakdown: Story: 3/10. Jokes are not very fun and are too blunt for my liking. Art: 5/10. Characters look alright and/or cute.Sound 5/10: Does its job. Character 4/10: It is 2-minute series, so they're very cliched, obviously. Enjoyment: 4/10: Wasn't funny enough and wasn't sexy enough. Overall: 4/10: There aren't many reasons to watch this one. In "short anime" format there are better series - Inugami-san and Nekoyama san, Pugyuru, Plastic Nee-san, etc. This one isn't very good in comparison. I mean, the visuals are okay, but that's pretty much all the show has to offer.
Cyclops Shoujo Saipuu (2013) So this is a 12 episode show with less than 3 minutes per episode. It involves a middle schooler sister with an adults body and her brother whom she loves beyond barriers. Her friends are generally more like what they should be look wise with exception to one girl. All of the girls are very perverted and the brother steers as much away from his sister's advantages as possible but also accepts he is a lolicon. The art is of an okay standard but doesn't really do anything particular. It is good quality it just comes across a bit dull. The best artisticmoments are the still images during the sequences. Many shows of the year did much better artistic jobs. The sound has a short op and ed with generic sounds. The voices are decent and the rest is average. Characters don't develop since it is very short and to the point. We just see more about how perverted everyone is in this middle school situation. The brother is older but equally as corrupted. The show is not unenjoyable and serves a quick watch which is just fine. It ends rather abruptly without a conclusion to a situation specifically making it obvious it was an advertisement purely. Unfortunately, it did not inspire me to delve further in. It says it is a comedy but I did not laugh once. 5/10, nothing inherently wrong but nothing particularly special either.
Cyclops Shoujo Saipu Is a very short (12 episodes, 2 minutes each) anime about a little sister who tells her brother she wants to marry him when she grows up. Two years later and she goes through a big growth spurt. She is now taller than her big brother (she is two times taller than her age group), has large breasts, and still desires to be his wife. This anime feels like a combination of Aho-Girl; an anime about a dumb banana-loving girl who has an intense crush on her childhood friend. And also Ane Log; an anime about an older sister who thinks her brother is apervert because as a kid he said he wanted to marry her. The anime is nothing amazing, its just a funny, silly, ecchi brocon anime. Some may be uncomfortable with the premise. The girl looks like a highschooler and is being sexualised despite being a middle schooler. Not to mention the theme of incest. But to me thats just typical anime stuff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Heh heh. That girl has a big boobies. That's pretty much the level of comedy you're looking at here with this series. You can cue up the whole thing to watch all in one go and it'll be about the length of a regular episode of anime. In that time-frame its wall-to-wall setup and punchline. It's just a bunch of quick, snappy jokes about how this girl is a huge brocon and is huge for her size. I don't know what they're putting in milk these days but they sure didn't make middle schoolers like that when I was younger. 6/10 booba
Not sure why this gets so much hate. There are only 12 episode of 2 minutes a piece, so there's no long-form story-telling happening, but it's perfectly serviceable otherwise. It's like they took the scenes or skits from a longer anime and cut them out into their own thing. Even if you don't like it, it's less than half an hour of your time. It's not gonna light the world on fire, but I've definitely wasted 30 minutes on worse shows. As for the story, it's nothing you haven't seen before in any other siscon/brocon anime. Not unique, not really terrible,my only real issue is that the sister in question is supposed to be in middle school. Come on authors, if high school is the default, you're going the wrong way.
Mmmm, for being serious, i don´t recommend this anime, the argument is: one fucking sister that wants to fuck her brother. I´m not the appropiate person to say this, because i´ve saw Citrus and KissxSis. But,at least KissxSis and Citrus are good. If you don´t want to lose your time, don´t see it please. If you want to see animes of this type, go to the fucking page of HentaiLA, because i´m sure that you´re going to enjoy it very much. Example: Overflow, is so fucking good , if you don´t agree with me, it´s ok, but if you like anime incest, look at it andthat´s all.
