Masayuki Mizutani is looking forward to some time to himself when his parents leave on an extended business trip. Instead, he arrives home to see one of his schoolmates, Sayaka Shimizu, greeting him at the door in barely more than an apron! Sayaka is a family friend who was asked by Masayuki's parents to look after him while they were away, and to accomplish this mission, she has fully dedicated herself—mind, body, and soul. But when other young girls try to approach Masayuki and his newfound freedom, Sayaka vows to do whatever it takes to keep him all to herself. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Saw an Ecchi tag and 1 episode, this can't be bad i said! OUH WAS I WRONG - This is not ur tipical ecchi anime, its a softcore hentai with lots of sexual humor and it made me laugh on every secound joke. - To me it was pointless its kinda like every ecchi anime combined into 1 episode. You have this one guy who has girls all around him, they make a harem, and he acts like he doesn't want them. Boobs everywhere. Lots of Sexual Humor. - If you want to give it a try, just watch it as a comedy and you will not hate it. 6/10
If you want to enjoy Rescue Me!, take it for what it is. It's a combination of ecchi and comedy, and remains that way from beginning to end. Hell, even DURING the sex scenes there's elements of comedy. Watch it because you like tits and sexual humour. There's not really much of a story, the whole thing is pretty random. Similarly, the jokes are also very random, nonsensical and most of all, sexual. At the end of the day they're a matter of personal preference, but at least you know what to expect. It's only a one episode OVA so don't expect much character development, especiallyconsidering what kind of anime this is. The art is pretty good (I'd give it a solid 7/10) and the music isn't anything special but it's not distracting and it works. Overall, I'd give it a 6/10. Watch Rescue Me! for some quick laughs and anime boobies.
Rescue Me! is a single episode borderline-hentai OVA (meaning it shows everything except genitalia). The story is about as simple as you can get for an ecchi show: an average high school boy is surrounded by a harem of girls (well, one isn't actually after him aside from wanting to slit his throat). The girls each fit into a specific archetype and aren't very creative (not saying they're necessarily bad, though): - Busty female lead who takes care of the protagonist as his maid - Underclassman who looks up to the previously mentioned busty girl - Younger girl with a flat chest who calls the protagonist"onii-chan" - Yandere girl who likes the flat-chested girl and is jealous of the protagonist The girls all have some physical characteristics that make them unique, though they don't serve much of a purpose other than to be included in the guy's harem. Still, the character designs are good and the animation overall actually very good aside from a couple shots that are used twice in a row. Despite being borderline-hentai, there is no actual sex and the only "sex scenes" are the ones that are shown in the girls' imaginations. These are all pretty short which was a shame because they had potential to be great in ways other than to just make the viewer laugh for a little bit. Outside of the girls' imaginations, there are still plenty of breasts on display, but that's as far as it goes. There is a lot of comedy in this OVA (which is it's strongest point aside from the animation). It's mostly comedy based on accidents and misunderstandings (which usually annoy me in similar things like "To-Love Ru"), and while they are sometimes annoying in this, they can also be very funny. Check this out if you just want a quick, funny, and very ecchi show. If you're looking for great plot/character development or if you're looking for something that shows "everything," then you should skip this. Rescue Me! has good animation and decent comedy, but it's bad in basically every other category (even compared to hentai).
First I should point out: This is something for those who are just in it for the ecchi and comedy. Anyone one else might as well GTFO lol. From an Ecchi perspective- This OVA was a decent watch, Boobies everywhere, Harem being forced upon a guy, stuff like that. The story for it isn't really a romantic one, nor a particularly good one, but more like something that was haphazard. I wouldn't say random however. In the end it did make sense which is where it should matter if you're in it for the ecchi. (I mean come on, even if you're only in itfor the ecchi a story that doesn't make sense is still a turn off) From a comedic perspective- This OVA wasnt hilarious, but the humor was good nonetheless. Surprising moments that make you laugh, character behaviour that was outrageous or in other ways funny. Enough to make you at least chuckle. The Sound was good and well accounted for in the correct "situations". The art was decent, Boobs could have used a little more work though (LMAO) but were decent. Of course being only one episode, the character development was poor, but I still give the character a thumbs up especially for a certain black haired character's introduction (no spoilers for you :P). I enjoyed as far as I can tell. Overall it was good.
Some anime just can't help but come close to crossing the border between anime and hentai. Rescue Me is one of those anime. I actually tried to watch it a few months ago, but I stopped about 5 minutes into it. After that, I kept trying to tell myself, "I'm not going to watch the whole thing." Boy, do I wish that I listened to myself! Rescue Me is a one-episode OVA about a boy named Masayuki Mizutani. Apparently, his parents are out on vacation or something, so he is now living alone. At least, that's what he thinks. He walks into his house and issuddenly greeted by a girl wearing nothing but an apron. This girl is Sayaka Shimizu, who is in the same grade as Mizutani, and she was hired by Mizutani's parents to be his maid. Insert ecchi situation after ecchi situation here. The story of Rescue Me is practically non-existent. You would think that an OVA with one episode in it would have at least a bit of a plot, but nope! All there is in this OVA are scenes that would make you think that this is a hentai! Apparently, the female characters, especially Sayaka, think that this is a hentai, too. What I mean is that a lot of the ecchi moments come from the "imaginative" minds of the female characters (and even one male character). It's like all of the characters, except Mizutani, are perverts, and if EVERY character in an anime is a pervert, there's definitely a problem. Well, at least the animation is decent. Rescue Me has some bright, rather colorful animation. The voice acting is rather decent, as well; while they don't do a great job, they don't do terribly, either. The opening theme is a cute song; not a good song at all, but certainly cute. As for the ending theme.... wait a minute, the opening and ending themes are the same song! Well, not that I mind that too much, since this is just an OVA. Even so, Rescue Me is a less than enjoyable anime. Giving it a 4 is me being extremely generous; it actually deserves a 3 or something. If you like borderline-hentai anime, and ONLY if you like borderline-hentai anime, I'd tell you to watch this. I warn you, though; this anime, believe it or not, is actually worse than another borderline-hentai anime that I've watched and reviewed.
If you intend to watch this as a way to jack off, you will be left disappointed. However, if you watch is as a sort of lewd comedy, its a blast and a half. I don't actually watch hentai for the sex factor, rather I occasionally watch it for the plot as a meme. Usually the plot in hentai's are what I expect: non existent or downright terrible. However sometimes you get something like this show which has jokes that made me genuinely laugh. Thats really an understatement, this show is hilarious! The main character finds himself surrounded by stereotypical hentai girls and over thetop sexual situations. What makes it funny is how exaggerated its played and how the MC reacts with confusion and even occasional denial. While I can say the middle got a tad boring due to the MC's lack of reactions, but thats a minor complain since the OVA is quite short. Overall: its a masterpiece
It is one episode ova that used to be released as a bonus to a manga, I believe. There isn't really much to say about this title - it is a fanservice comedy through and through, with gratitudous nudity but no actual porn. It doesn't really stand out in any aspect, which is why I rated it as 5/5/5/5/5/5 If anything, the formula used by the story is similar to "Ane Log: Moyako Neesan no Tomaranai Monologue", except that quality of art is worse, and there's actual nudity. Basically, you have a protagonist that is trying to be a normal person with uneventful life (a fairly common trope),and couple of characters that have some interest in him, except that a lot of them tend to drift off into "ecchi delusion" at a drop of a hat. Meaning they start imagining stuff, then they speak what they imagined as if it actually happened, and the main(?) character will hopelessly try to diffuse the situation. So, same comedy device again and again. Except that unlike ane log they actually draw the suggestive content, and there's nudity. The art isn't anything exceptional, it is a fairly standard stereotypical manga drawing, without unusual features that would make it stand out... for example, "Jitsu wa" had rounded eyes that made every character adorable. Ane log was surpisingly well detailed and had cool designs on characters. This anime... has nothing exceptional. it isn't poorly drawn by any means, it is just the visual style is very very standard. Similar thing happens in all other aspects. Because it was a manga bonus, there are cost cutting tricks employed (usually panning scenes), but they aren't horrible, and are used sparingly. Voice actors do their job, but that's about it. The story follows the same pattern, and you something similar elsewhere (if you ever watched harem animes, that is), but it isn't exactly horrible. One interesting thing about it is how surprisingly light hearted it is. There's no dark stuff in here (like in Valkyria Drive, Queen's Blade, Masou Gakuen HxH, etc). No emotional abuse, etc. So, basically... it is a 5/10 anime that is neither bad or good, and usually you'd pick something like this up if you want an ecchi comedy without dark elements, aren't offended with nudity and can roll with silliness of the premise. It is not something like To Love Ru, but it might be worth a watch. Then again, you won't lose much if you skip it.
Duly note that I haven´t seen many harem ecchies. Yes this is an ecchi therefore you cannot really compare it with anything else but ecchies. But this one is still hard to compare to other ecchies because it is really borderline hentai! you even see once a very very blurred male genitalia :P But the most fun part of it all, is that all of the dirty things happening in this ova is just the girls´ imagination! And that is probably the only reason why this can still be considered anime XD Rescue Me is a good allaround standard ecchi with the only very big difference being that itis only a one episode. It is not great but it serves its purpose, nothing more, nothing less ^^ It was fun watching as a quick episode and normally I am not into ecchis but at rare occasions I have a craving for an ecchi and therefore a one episode story is great for me :3 no need to invest time for 12 episodes if I don´t need more ^^
I'm inclined to write this review for reasons I no longer remember but all I remember of this anime whilst watching it on some bs 360p (seriously, I am getting flashbacks of watching Bleach on YT days) was something of those random ecchi OVAs that literally hold no value other than the ecchi and that only. I don't even remember these guys names. All I know is typical misunderstanding is a typical misunderstanding that led to those girls thinking male MC was some kind of rapist or something extreme like that. Obviously, he tries to clear his name from what I remember (I don't remember anything). That'sabout it. If you want a quick ecchi OVA for the night, I'd recommend this in-and-out one. Do you remember your 37th fast food meal ever? No. Because this is exactly that.
First, I have some experience with hentai but it's not my thing, so I avoid everything related with it, even the soft-hentai genre (Ecchi< Soft-H < Hentai). Story: 3 There's nothing outstanding with the story, it's the exact definition of "cliché". Boy that lives alone for x reason and gets a harem all of a sudden. There's even a beach episode within the only episode of this show so you can imagine. Art: 5 Ok for its time I guess. Sound: 7 Surprisingly accurate and entertaining tbh, the atmosphere of joy and dumb fun the background music tries to offer fits very good with what this show is.Characters: 5 Enjoyable characters, main heroine might be waifu material for the weebs. The lack of character developing is obvious and the excuse of "it's only 27 minutes long" won't work with someone that watched Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko. Enjoyment: 7 I gotta say that this soft-hentai Ova was funny enough to make me wanna check the manga looking for some laughs, it was funny. Overall: 6 This is an ova and I guess it must be taken as an additional material for the manga, although it seems like it resumes part of the story. If you are looking for fan service, laughs or both, you might enjoy this, but lets be honest, most of y'all are here for the faps.
